The were only a couple of the staff that were pleasant and friendly. The rest seemed burnt out and uninterested in their jobs. The dinner service was a great experience. One of the best Ribeye’s around. Pull out bed in the suites is not comfortable at all. No overhead lights in living room or bedroom of our sweet which made it difficult for someone with vision impairment to navigate the rooms.

Your listing claimed they had an on-site EV charger. They did not that cost us an additional hour and a half to travel to an EV charger and then return to the hotel to spend the night. That was an hour and a half we would’ve loved to have been sleeping instead of waiting to have the car charged.

Turned a 1 night stay into 2. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.checkin was quick. Room was good but it was on south side so did get some noise from interstate. Lots of parking, close to shopping and restaurants. We didn’t take in the restaurant in the hotel lobby. Had a decent select of help yourself snacks and coffee in lobby

My Stay at HGI Rapid City was great! This hotel was recommended to me by locals and it did not disappoint. The hotel lobby all the way to my room was was clean and inviting. The location was great and staff was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice. The only real issue we had was that the door to our room would not lock on its own, even with the door shut. We had to lift the door and pull it closed, to get the door to latch closed
