Without notice they canceled my reservation. If I didn't call the night before to confirm my reservation, I wouldn't have known until I arrived at the hotel late Christmas Eve. Eventually, they told me it was an "agent mistake" and offered me a room for $150 more than the original room would have cost.

I was surprised at how clean our room was. The Staff is pleasant and will help anyway they can. The facility has an indoor pool and a gym which is always a plus. They offer a complimentary breakfast which to my surprise was not just tea, coffee and some crackers. Overall, I enjoyed my stay 👍

Everything was perfect! Except the 75$ for my dogs, its overpriced for a 8 lb and a 15 lb dogs. They are quiet and do their things outside.

Things happen..
There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub when we arrived. For breakfast, it seemed there was only one person running the show and he didn't care much to refill things, so when it ran out it ran out even though there was supposed to be another hour of breakfast.
