Everything needed to make for am easy, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress qnd beddimg. Also, very well insulated and sound proof. We would definitely cuoose this again.

Our stay was everything we were expecting and more. The kids enjoyed the game room and porch area off from there room. The scenery was beautiful cabin was cozy. Great getaway to relax. The property manager was great with directions and communication and also gave us ideas of different things we could do. We will most definitely be back!!!! My family truly enjoyed everything!!!

Ford Truck Show Weekend

This cabin was most suitable for our family and our needs. It was my husband, our son, daughter in law and a 12 year old grandson (myself of course) and the house was perfect. This cabin is well equipped and you feel right at home from the time you step in the door until you leave. Our last night as my grandson and I sat in the hot tub on the balcony he stated he really didn’t want to leave yet. We do plan to stay here again soon. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

A Wonderful Week

Christmas trip

Excellent communication with property owners. Very funny squirrel story to be continued with next renters. Very cute cabin with everything you’d need. Basement rooms were cold (couldn’t find thermostat) but nice. Cleaning crew could use some training. Overall a good experience.

the cabin was clean and cozy. had all the kitchen stuff and a grill for cooking and the driveway is easy. very close(about 1mile and 1/2 to the Lacconte center. made it easy to attend the conference we had and close to the parkway to play and shop

Wonderful

Check in was easy as pie! The owners were wonderful about answering any concerns we had, and quick in response. The cabin is beautiful, a little disappointed in the view, shows differently in photos. Cleanliness was not a huge issue other than ALOT of cobwebs inside and out of the cabin. The towels that were provided were very rough, but we washed and dried them ourselves and they came out soft. There were dirty pans and plates on the property as well, but a quick wash and we were good. Lastly, the water was not fit for drinking in regards to making kool-aid for the kids or lemonade, all we could taste was chlorine, but we found that pretty much everywhere we went in Pigeon Forge. It was all just little simple stuff. OUR VISIT WAS WONDERFUL AND WE WOULD GO BACK TO THE SAME PLACE, CONVENIENCE TO THE BALLPARK WAS KEY, AND THIS PROPERTY HAD IT.

Best decorations by far…and a great nights sleep!!

First off communication was great with the owner. The location was close to town but far enough not to be bothered with the noise. This cabin has the best decor I’ve ever seen it was beautiful!! The best of all though was the beds best night of sleep ever!! The kitchen was fully stocked with anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend Hats Hideaway and we are looking forward to coming back again!!!
