The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming! Our room was very very clean and smelled clean as well!! The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel before!! Sheets were amazingly soft and the pillows were great ( didn’t go flat at all) Would definitely recommend and will be coming back!!!

Nice property. Check in was easy. The room was kinda dark but it was fine! The shower had like stained red in it and bathroom door had gunk on it on the lower half, was odd and off putting not knowing what it was. The tub was nice. It was quiet in the halls. It was a decent room (besides the bathroom situation) Housekeeping was good. Overall decent stay.

My husband and I recently visited Pigeon Forge for a weekend getaway and because we were so last-minute with picking the hotel, we were nervous. Turns out we had nothing to worry about because the Best Western Plaza Inn was amazing! The property was so clean and well kept and we loved our housekeeper, Mrs. Mendoza. We will absolutely be back!

Very nice motel in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Dolly Parton Stampede is next door. Room was clean and comfortable and hot breakfast was very good.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the sink backing up when we first arrived, the head cleaner came back and fixed the issue right away. The floors were dirty, my toddlers feet were black… you may want to wear slippers or flip flops if you stay here. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so kind. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
