We’ve been staying at this location a few times on our trips to pigeon forge, was always happy with the stay because of the location . This time around it had been about 3 yrs since staying and probably won’t be staying again. Just has that old run down feeling now and this time the beds were very uncomfortable, for us personally it’s time for an upgrade .

Nice quiet hotel.
This hotel was super nice and very clean. Room was very spacious and quiet. Pool was nice stayed open till 12 that was great especially for the kiddos. Breakfast was good as well alot of choices. Only con id say is the parking . But other than that awesome place.

Everything was great. Check in was easy, right there in strip so good location, had good balcony, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I did not go to the pool but it looked fine and big enough. However, I wished the breakfast was better.

Had a leak in our bathroom ceiling fan. Maintenance came quickly, we were moved to a room next door. Inconvenience due to having to pack up and leave that room and switch to another and again unpack! Front desk asked to have Expedia contact them to get a partial discount for the inconvenience. Best to contact me by text to phone 937-728-2612.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. It is in a good location, Dennys was next door and a steak house within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The cleanleness, friendly staff, safety doors, pool room, pool, big hot tub. Breakfast was good but same eggs and sausage every day. Maybe different on diffetent days. Front staff was great! So many staff always cleaning gave a good feeling.
