-Our blankets were dirty, torn and stained. -Daily service apparently did not include making the bed. *Central elevator was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. -TV Guide showed many channels, most were not available. -Ice Machine was empty every time I went to get ice. We wound up purchasing at the local quick mart - Bathroom desperately needs updating All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful Location was very convenient. The view of the creek, and the balcony were nice

We had to walk about .5 a mile to our building because there was no parking for any of our nights. Moths were in the room, buds in the lighting fixture, stain on the cover, and very old covers that were faded. The room was damp and just felt unclean. Visually this was better than the nearby places with torn curtains and broken glass windows.

All the ice machines were broken during our stay. Staff offered no timeline for repairs. Our toilet ran all night. Lastly, we came to our room to find an unprofessional note stating that housekeeping did not clean our room because of the sign on the door and that management would be by the next day to inspect the room is the do not disturb sign was on the door again. We were only staying for 3 nights, we didn’t need our room cleaned every day. Cost was great, but nothing else.

The rooms are very nice with the bathroom between the two beds which gave the feeling of 2 separate rooms! The tubes for the river was a very cool idea! Will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful non chain hotel
This hotel was very clean and newly remodeled. The room had a beautiful view of the babbling creek. The breakfast was delicious and quite large. The hotel was in a great location for visiting places in both Pidgeon Forge & Gatlinburg.

Very unique opportunity with 2 king beds in the room and the view of the creek was beautiful from the balcony. We didn’t have time to try out tubing there but what a great feature.

The location was great, nice to have river running behind the motel. The birds did their business all over the parking lot and it should be cleaned sometimes. It was nice, however, I don't think I will stay here again. Breakfast was very limited, same options each day and a big bummer was no coffee throughout the day, only during breakfast hours.
