This was an okay hotel. The fridge didn’t work well at all which was frustrating, the beds were very uncomfortable and noisy, and it wasn’t the easiest finding the front desk. The chairs in the room were uncomfortable and it just felt like trying to stuff an already small room with too much stuff. The property itself looked very well taken care of, and the back part near the river was nice. It is located very conveniently to a lot of stuff.

Weekend getaway
The location was wonderful for the type of stay and activities we wanted to do. The overall comfort of the bed/pillows/chairs could've been updated and newer. King size pillows on a king size bed makes more sense than the little ones, but it worked for a weekend trip just fine.

We have stayed at this location many times, this stay we really noticed it seems to need updating. Was surprised there was no hair dryer in the room. Overall still good convenient place to stay.

Good hotel
This was a good hotel since we weren’t in it that much. The pools were nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The hotel was in a good place and the the river was nice. The room we had was not the best. It had a smell as soon as we walked in and the carpet was not very good.

Econo Lodge is a nice, realtively inexpensive place to stay in Pidgeon Forge. It is located right on the main road and is conveniently located. Hotel rooms do look older, but the bed was comfortable. Parking is free. There is a nice river/stream on the back side with some sitting areas

This hotel was really good value for money, especially in comparison to other econolodges, was clean and comfortable wasn't outdated, breakfast could use some improving, not bagels and they water down the orange juice. Would stay again.

Everything about the property was great from the staff to the facility. The only reason I gave a 3-star rating is the luggage carts. REPLACE THEM! The carts made me mad on the first day and the last day. I’m sure you can afford a couple of new carts for the price you are charging.

Friendly staff, clean hotel and many things are in walking distance including the Christmas Place and Puckett’s restaurant. We plan to stay here again when we return to Pigeon Forge

Our stay was “okay”. We’re an elder couple and our room was front door to the pool. It was noisy from about 6pm until 10pm. The room was very clean and our bed was comfy. We would stay again but not next to swimming pool.
