I booked a room with Green Valley Motel because I was looking for value, but then I noticed all the negative reviews about the bedbugs and other issues and maybe it was bad a few years ago but all I can say is my experience was pretty good. Didn’t have any issues, the only bad part for me was no coffee or breakfast Is available but overall, I would recommend it!

It was good for the price!! The only this was that it could is a little refreshing/updating on the furniture and the toilet could be more secure to the bathroom floor but the bed was comfortable!!!

Old run down . Dodgy Bug bucket oil cigarette butts outside our no. Smoking room. Lamp shades had original plastics sill in them even though they were old Old power points and antenna leads were hanging out if the walls hidden by fur places I front of them Staff were nice

I didn’t like that the door,I had to actually push to lock the dead bolt or the door would remain open and you could just push and get in. The shower had brown stuff all in the knob of the tub and on the shower head and it wouldn’t turn on. I tried all different ways and nothing. It was a non smoking room and smelt like someone had smoked in it before.

We only had 3 towels and 3 wash cloths, we did ask a few times for additional towels and never received them. There was no hair dryer in the room, basic updates would have been nice, several places there was still dirt in the room. We did like that the rooms are opened with a key and there were no stairs-you used a wrap around incline to get to the next level.

Great Value Hotel-Nothing fancy
Our stay was great. Very quiet. Just an old motel nothing special but it was a clean place to stay. No issues. The only thing they could do better on is the toiletries. There were 3 of us that stayed in one room. We only got one small bottle of shampoo and a small bar of the really cheap dry soap. When I asked for more I got one more small bottle of shampoo. We made do with what was given. Not really an issue just maybe something to think about. The pool was a wonderful addition to our stay, it was SUPER CLEAN and was cleaned daily. Just again an old motel. Great price and we would stay there again as we frequent pigeon forge.
