Just your average hotel similar to others in the area. Great location right on the edge of town. Front desk staff was super friendly and they were able to provide extra blankets and pillows on request. Compared to other hotels in the area, it at least looks like they are attempting some limited upkeep. I have to admit this place could use a facelift, but can’t beat the price. It’s not the Sheraton so I didn’t expect anything spectacular. This motel could use a good deep cleaning, but overall, I’ve stayed in much worse. In pigeon forge, you’re either getting a somewhat dirty motel like this one or you’re paying $300 for the fancier hotels. I prefer the cheaper ones and this motel was one of the better ones I’ve stayed in. Shout out to the staff, however, as they were amazing and friendly.

I had stayed here before years ago and but it has gone way down hill. There were dirt and stains all over tje wallas and doors. Stuff on the windows. In the corners and around the edge of the walls there was lots of dust and dirt. Smelled dingy. The shower curtain was orange with gunk amd mold . The toilet paper holder and towel holder had been pulled out of the wall and patched back. The sheets and bed looked clean and didnt see any bugs but i did leave with some kind of bug bites on my feet, legs, and arms. The front desk lady at checkin was super nice and sweet. Won't stay here again. Definitely needs a really good cleaning.

This is an older motel but very clean and the beds are so comfortable. Rooms are very spacious. Located right on the parkway and convenient to restaurants and other attractions. Have stayed at this motel several times

Staff was very nice and it was in a great location. The room was a bit outdated and the bathroom wall was patched several times. There were also spiderwebs and big spiders in the windows. We enjoyed our stay and liked our room overall.

Nice independent hotel on main street Pigeon Forge
This independent hotel is located right on main street, where also most of the amusements, museums and restaurants are located. For the price of a night the standard is really good and the staff I met is friendly and welcoming. Funny about the room was, that it had two access doors, to the front and the backside of the building. At least I never hat this anywhere before…

The stay was comfortable. Bed was excellent. Stayed a week they don’t have daily house keeping for stay overs . Could use a deep cleaning but it wasn’t awful . Pool was nice , staff friendly and nice . Would stay again . Convenient location.

For the price it served it's purpose and it was close to a gocart track, gas station, stores, and restaurants. The motel is older. The room was in need of some basic repairs (nothing major).The chair was tore up pretty bad but the beds were extremely comfortable. There are no smoking signs but when we first went in the room it had a cigarette smell not a big deal for us but I know that can be an issue for some. There is no daily housekeeping service which I actually liked, it was nice not worrying about being awake when they showed up. If you're expecting a luxury hotel keep looking if you want a clean comfortable bed at a good price this is the place for you.

No a good hotel.
Do not stay at this hotel. When we pulled in the parking lot u could tell it was a very run down old hotel with a little paint put on it. After we got the key to the room we went in and the first thing I seen was the chair in the room was ripped and torn on the arms and it was very dirty. Then we laid on the bed and it was awful not comfortable in any way. Then I went to the bathroom and there was a roach crawling across the floor. We just got our stuff and left the room and got another room at another hotel. I lost my money on this room but at least I didn’t pack roaches home. This hotel was rated 7.6 on hotels.com but it might be a 2 at most.
