We booked a king suite. With fireplace and in room jacuzzi The front desk called on our way to the hotel to let us know the jacuzzi wasnt working and could give us a discount. That was bad news but we kept the room. The fireplace only lit up didnt provide heat the maintenance guy said the blower was out. The jacuzzi was in the bed room and the carpet around it was wet. Not the best experience. The hotel staff was nice and helpful.

Overall liked the stay. The one thing that I didn't like was that the side doors were always unlocked. You didn't need a key to get in. Also there is only one elevator. But the pool was 24/7 and that was great.

Our room was not very clean when we arrived. There was dog food in the bathroom that was missed. There was only one elevator so it was a wait every time you used it.

The room was out dated with worn out sofa sit on it was impossible sunk in middle. Jacuzzi wasn't working also coming from wall tile .. Then we listen to dogs throughout the night..And smelled like skunk on and off . My 3yr old was afraid that skunk was nearby. We couldn't use pool or hot tub because of the smell ..I don't let my daughter around stuff like that . We paid 4 nights for king suite top $638

Internet was almost non existent. I called a couple of times and she had someone reset on our floor. My opinion is with that size of hotel, Wi-Fi should continuously serve all guests. Breakfast was nice except same thing every day. Chairs in breakfast area are in need of replacing, seat cushions very worn and dirty looking.

Your front desk staff is awesome! The lady who checked us in, is so friendly and professional. My only complaint was all the dogs barking and the bed was a little too firm. You have a great staff, and in hospitality, that's the most important thing. Thank you for all you do!
