This hotel is located in a busy tourist area, close to many dining options, landmarks and shopping (all walking distance). The facilities are nice, look recently renovated and are overall very clean. Despite the positives, it was a slightly uncomfortable stay. A few drawbacks: - temperature cannot be adjusted in the room below a certain point. I lowered it to 19 degrees and it was still too hot. I think the lighting around the bed radiates quite a lot of heat adding to the temperature of the room - no blow dryers directly in the room, but located in a separate “beauty room” (only 4 devices) - no windows anywhere in the building and none in the room. Lighting is fairly “dark” - the ladder to the second “bunk” is quite steep so it could be dangerous. I wouldn’t recommend for kids or anyone that may have trouble climbing up and down. I found it tough enough climbing down in the morning when I was still groggy. - no furniture in the room such as tables and nightstands makes it difficult to have space to set things down unless you want to put it on the floor or at the the foot of your bed which is low to the ground and not typical height. I think it’s a nice hotel to stay as long as you just need a place to sleep and rest, it’s not summer (too hot, no ventilation), and you are not using the bunks. I believe they have rooms with two doubles that are ground level.

Fab hotel

Was nervous booking this hotel because the room has no windows (I have a fear of enclosed spaces), but the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom nice. I was out most of my 5-night stay anyway. The onsite cafe was good too. Staff friendly and helpful overall, and they allowed me early check-in and later check-out (though you do pay for both but it's not expensive). Hotel is right between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, so right in the heart of London.

Close proximity to two stations, in a very busy area but extremely quiet inside the hotel so you’d never know. No windows but the space was adequate for the price and the convenience made it worth it.

the overall room was good, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. but the room has no windows and does not have ventilation. there wasn't any air conditioning. i woke up feeling extremely sick and felt like i was suffocating and i felt much better when going outside.

With no windows and no air conditioning it was very hot and stuffy, beds were tiny and not comfortable, no glasses only paper cups which you had to ask for in the cafe, no ice either. But staff could not be more lovely and helpful, the location was perfect and the price reflex the basic room.

Great location, very comfortable beds

Great hotel, perfect location, beds extremely comfortable. Yes there is no other furniture in the room, yes there are no windows and yes there is only a bit of glass between you and the bathroom, but what more do you need than a comfortable bed and a hot strong shower.
