The hotel was clean, quiet, in an OK location and had all the basic needs. The rooms are small and expensive, however comparatively less expensive than others in the area. Check out was at 10am and the hotel had no option to store luggage for the day without a 15 pound fee.

Great Location in City Center

Hotel is 50 yds from Piccadilly Circus, great location, tube station right there, pubs all over the place. Easy walk to other areas of London. Room a little strange if compared to normal hotel rooms. This room had no closet, draws, desk or chairs. But bed was very comfortable, shower was great. So if all you want to do if have a good night's sleep at a good rate, the Zedwell Hotel is a great place

Arrived at 11pm and was told there wasn’t a room ready for 30 mins. In the end I had to walk to another hotel as they had ‘work going on’.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It’s one block from the Piccadilly Circus. It is clean and looks modern. The hallway leads to our room, however is like a maze. I worried if I could go outside quickly at any emergency time. Our room doesn't have any windows and like a stateroom of the cruise ship. There is no a coffee maker, cups nor hair dryer. It doesn’t have a phone to contact to the front service. My husband calls this hotel “urban camp site.”
