It was a really disappointing experience. We were there for 3 days and no one came to clean, no large or small towels, no glass. The room was so dirty, the floors full of crumbs, the trash was not emptied, no toilet paper. The toilet was dirty and what about the shower windows. It was so disgusting. But the worst thing was that there were no windows in the room, which is completely illegal and does not comply with building standards. Paying a little more is not worth the savings. No service at check-in and check-out, and they also want to charge you to leave your luggage. Corridors are dark and dirty. Poor ventilation.

Although the location is ideal, I would not recommend it. Out room was very poorly lit with no window. It felt like a cave. We even had to to use the torch in our phone to move around the bed area. Impossible to really know if the room and brdas clean or not... The most concerning is part is that the building has no regular stairs. People are only supposed to use the lifts, which were absolutely packed. There's are fire stairs and exits but they are hidden and difficult to access. This would be the worst place to be in an emergency.

Excellent location—right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus with the tube station just steps away. We stayed as a family of six (four children ages 11–18), and the room was set up with four double beds (two on top, two below). The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep while being in the middle of all the action. A couple of things to note: the toilet and shower are inside the room with only frosted glass doors, so it might feel a little awkward if you’re traveling with friends rather than family. There were no in-room coffee-making facilities, but there is a café on site during the day where you can relax and get food or drinks if needed. We also used Laundry Heap for our clothes, which cost about £20 for next-day delivery.

We stayed at this hotel for three days and never once our room was taken care of. No one picked up the garbage from the bathroom, no one refilled the amenities such as toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo or body wash. They only threw some towels on the bed. The staff at the reception area or front desk was amazing though. And the security guy at the entrance was very attentive and gentle.

Accessible room was terrible

Have stayed about 10 times, this was the first time it’s been awful. Booked a twin, was given an accessible room which had none of the wood panelling or lighting or ‘zen’ feel of the standard rooms. Worse still, the beds were on wheels and would not stay still. I turned over and hit the cold floor tiles. Told reception about it the following morning and they just shrugged and said should have come to see them… in the middle of the night. Normally great, this time just awful, and seems like they’re short-changing those who require a disabled room

I don’t leave reviews ever but figured I should on this one to help any travelers. I booked this with hotel on Expedia and the one I booked showed a much bigger room. We didn’t get into that one… lol. But whatever. We quickly realized there is no closet but they had these places to hang stuff. They just don’t have hangers so make sure you bring your own. The bathrooms are nice, just no true separation between the shower and toilet and water easily will get out into the bathroom floor. Sleep was decent with there being no windows but did make it harder for me to wake up for sure haha. And if you want to use the gym, expect to pay for a day pass! Not included at all. Now I’m trying to fully knock anything at this place, just not fully the experience I’ve had with other hotels for the price. Place is a nice vibe, smells nice, and is an easy check in and check out, just come prepared that it really is just beds and a shower for ya!

Definitely wouldn’t suggest staying at this hotel . It felt like we stayed in a prison cell with only a bed in a room with no windows . No tv , no desk …. Just a bed . You’re not saving any money staying here either . Just not worth the price to stay here .

Need more housekeeper. The hallways was dirty. Just needed a vacuum and was not done for a week while I was there. Room cleaning is done every 4 days but they don’t vacuum. Location was good - easy commute, convenient and safe. Room had more space than I thought but a chair would be a nice addition. Hoped they clean the room every other day. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.
