Great room cocoon 4, clean, great shower room, quiet and comfy beds. Right in Piccadilly so really convenient especially to the west end for the shows.

I had being charged 40 pounds for check in at 2pm, just an hour before my time, traveling with kids, this is totally unacceptable, also storage for luggage is 15 Pounds per luggage. and the hotel even thought is new us very dirty and poorly maintained, I told the manager on duty (Terrible service) twice about the situation and the corridor to my room was totally a junk site. NEVER BACK ON THIS HOTEL OR CHAIN. MANAGER UNPOLITE AND UNPOROFESSIONAL

The location was good. The floors in the hallway were filthy. The room itself was also quite dirty. It seems like it’s too big of a place for the amount of cleaning staff they have.

So bad. Beds not clean. Their WiFi is a joke my phone had no service every time I entered the hotel. They claim no hidden fees but they charge so much money per piece of luggage to hold so you pretty much have no option except to pay to check in early, I’ve never heard of a hotel like this holding luggage for such an expensive price. Also people hair in sink shower and beds. Room was not cleaned at all looks like they just made the bed. Don’t waste ur money

Unique places to stay in a prime location to everything. I would highly recommend. Just be cognizant of the bathrooms in the rooms having frosted glass. Depending on who you go with it could be a little awkward while using the bathroom. (Thankfully that was not the case for me!)

Excellent location we had a quad room for family with teenagers … stayed one night great for somewhere to sleep… even better value cos i used my tesco vouchers to pay!

Pros: These rooms are dead silent which you want in a city. Price was not bad for the area. Location. Cons: The designer/architect behind Zedwell have never stayed in one of these rooms—they are not designed for practicality or traveller comfort. -Mattresses are spring with minimal pad. -Beds are basically on the floor which is impractical for older people I am sure but also makes them impractical to sit on like a chair. -No place for luggage for an extended stay -Worst shower ever, no door, splashes water all over the bathroom, rain shower head make it impossible to wash your body without soaking your hair. -Toilet paper roll on a shelf—classy (sarcasm) -Single use shop-quality towels. One per person. -One pillow per person. -Liquid shower gel/shampoo but no washcloths. -No conditioner. -Glass door for bathroom—no privacy! -Toilet mounted too high for feet touch the floor. -The hall carpet was vacuumed once in the 7 days. It was filthy and in desperate need of cleaning. -The cleaning cart was left in the hall for most of out stay. It would have been annoying but allowed us to serve ourselves to fresh towels every day. -Room cleaning was nothing more than a sheet change and towel swap—not even a sweep or sink wash. It is a great place to meet a mistress (sound proof walls and nothing but a bed not meant for sleeping + a bathroom) but a terrible place for an extended stay with luggage. They took the concept of minimalism to the point of impracticality and discomfort.
