Approximately 484 square feet, this spacious One- Bedroom Standard Villa features 1 Queen Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa including a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV , Coffee Maker, DVD Player, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, and Refrigerator.

Please Note Laurel Crest Resort Has A Shared Laundry Space, this is available for all guests.

However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Laurel Crest is McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) which is 36 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Security will have the room keys. Check-in the following day at the front desk.

Host was helpful regarding stay details, and responsive with messaging. Property is part of a timeshare company, so they are the ones who were responsible for the room. Timeshare company did not provide all the sheets required for the sofa bed, thermostat for our unit was in the other unit and the air did not work right, and the place was not the cleanest. Concierge was not friendly because we did not want to listen to the timeshare people, haha. Location was great for Pigeon Forge, was right close to the things we wanted to do. Good trip!

Great Location Close to Everything
This property was VERY close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge so very easy to get to all the things you'll want to do in the city. And only about 15 minutes from Dollywood. The place was the perfect size for our small family and our girls LOVED the pools! Would stay here again. Great staycation for our family!

Great location
This property has the perfect location. There are renovations underway at the complex, which will be great. The unit was clean, but will benefit from the renovation. This particular unit needs a new couch and chair. Also, the pocket door separating the bedroom was not functioning. This is still a nice property. I have stayed in this complex before and would again. (I hate even mentioning the needs, but I do want the owner to know, so they can be sure those improvements happen to this unit.)

Very convenient location to everything in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Easy check in/out. Unit was small but OK for 2 people. Furnishings were a little dated but clean and functional. Enjoyed our stay.

The pictures were incorrect. The table was so small we ate off the coffee table.
We were given 2 different reservations and would have needed to switch mid-week. The room was much smaller than the picture that was shown. It was someone else's room that they depicted. Very disappointing to pay that type of money with no room.
