Home features: Hammock Swing, One king master bedroom, one bunkroom with two single beds(no tv, dresser or closet) and a Queen Aero bed. Sleeps up to 6. Unit is ADA accessible with ADA Toilet, grab bars, shower seat & hard surface floors.

Our Mountain View Home features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, inviting fireplace, high speed internet, HDTV's, oversize jetted tub, and private balcony with lazy day hammock swing and amazing mountain views.

Come see why we fell in love with and made it our second home. It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Mountain View Condo's are located between red light #0 and red light #1. We're across the street from the Titanic, turn Left at Dunkin Donut's.

We even offer an outdoor heated pool April 1 to Oct 31 and an Indoor heated pool open year round. We also have a Year round Hot Tub. Playground, Picnic Tables and BBQ's.

This unit has all new appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a jetted tub in the master bedroom. LCD flat screen TVs are located in the master bedroom and living room. There is a washer, dryer & blowdryer too.

Master bedroom has a king bed and we have small bunkroom with two twin beds (Kids think it's fun but no closet or dresser-- just bunk beds. Bed is comfortable and adults fit just fine).

Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Super Walmart or Kroger.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Tennessee Shindig, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

We love the area so much our family owns other units.

Our condo is on the 4th floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways and ADA toilets and grab bars.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Good base camp to all the fun
We had a nice time at this condo. The location is perfect for coming and going to all the action, very easy to get to, and you don't have to sit in traffic for very long. The condo is nice, well stocked, met all our needs for a family of 6. I thought there was a pull out couch, but there was an air mattress instead that proved much more comfortable than a pull out couch. No complaints to the owners but the bathroom floor, bedroom floor and kitchen floor were dirty when we arrived, might want to mention it whoever cleans. Overall we had a nice stay. And thank you fir the Country Tonite ticket, that saved us 45. We enjoyed the show.

My husband and I and our children stayed for 3 nights. My middle child is wheelchair bound. The condo was very clean, cozy and perfect for our stay in the Smokies. Pool was fun, they had an elevator, and the the location is walking distance to much fun and good food!!

Great location
The location was prefect. Short distance to anywhere we went. Very clean and kept up. I really felt at home when I walked in and saw the Christmas tree (special touch to the place). Amazing few from the bedroom when we woked up. We decided to extend the trip by one day and the host responded within a matter of minutes. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice for the price !
This is the second time we've stayed at one of Lisa's properties at this same condo location. Lisa is excellent in her communication and instructions for the stay. This property was very good and priced very fair. There were a few things that needed some TLC but nothing that negatively affected our stay. I let Lisa know and she said she would address them. The property was absolutely clean and we appreciated that with a 9 month old crawler in tow. This particular unit has a great view of the mountains from the balcony.

Nice views of the chapel in the woods, adjacent to the main roadway - great location.
4th floor offering a pleasantly sweeping view of the mountains including one of the many churches nestled with the tree filled hills as its backdrop. Ride the elevator to the 4th floor - there is a kitchen that is amply stocked with dishes and cookware. There were some basics - oil, salt/pepper - which is awesome when flying in/out. There was a selection of teas. The bathroom included a starter of bath soap, shampoo/conditioner - hotel sized. Roomy - felt spacious and has a very large bathroom. I appreciated the kitchen table - recliners facing the TV/patio doors and the Pacman Gaming console added a fun and entertaining touch. We were there over Thanksgiving and they had set-up a lighted Christmas tree and holiday/winter decor by the fireplace - that was very nice and felt homey. Road noise is minimal since this is tucked back aways from the main road and I didn't hear anyone else from other units. Recommend this location for a clean, safe, enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Fall Getaway!

Would love to give you a 5. Everything was very nice with one exception. The shower is not ADA. No grab bars. No shower chair but not room in shower for one anyway. Had to lift shower door to get it to shut properly. If you knew how we feel about time shares (owner for 15 years ) you would not include that show ticket.

Wish we had done a little more research and known there was going to be a car show in the area during our time there, because it was very loud, 24/7- making sleeping at night impossible without the purchase or earplugs. Labor Day Vacation
Our stay was wonderful! Everything you could possibly need was provided. The location was perfect. We were right off Parkway close to everything, but felt nestled away in the mountains. I will say we were incredibly surprised by the view! This unit was worth every penny for the amazing views! We watched the sun rise and set over the mountains everyday! It was a memorable moment to our stay. Would definitely recommend!
