It was an excellent location. Right across from the island. Easy to walk to the island. The hotel didn’t have a bar, provided no breakfast. Just basically good for the location.

This was the perfect location to experience Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and large and the breakfast was very nice.

The hotel and grounds were extremely clean. Very reassuring when you walk in the door. Beautiful interior. Very pleasant helpful and sweet staff. From the front desk down to the house cleaning folks. Breakfast was great as well! Was able to play corn hole, swim and could have ridden Beach bikes if we wanted to. One word of advice. Get a balcony facing the island if you can. The roadside is a little bit noisy but nothing major. We were on the 6th floor and had a beautiful view of the Smokies You can walk to anything you really want to do so the location is perfect. Only time we took the car was to zipline. Loved it!

We enjoyed our day. The facility was very clean and eat. Staff was very friendly the pools they have to, but they’re very small. Our room is very clean when we needed something. They were right there to give it to us. It is a great place to stay. the island is right behind you walking distance, walking distance to a lot of things we really enjoyed our stay.
