Nice motel
Nice quiet clean motel,comfortable beds and I like it because they can't smoke or vape outside there doors.Very nice man at front desk, always a easy check in and out.Could use some new carpet in hall ways. Wish they had ice machine on all floors

Our stay at Pigeon River Inn was great. Check in and check out was easy. They had a continental breakfast with eggs, sausages, biscuits, bread, muffins, gravy, fruit, waffles, coffee and juice. The staff was friendly and the location was extremely convenient. It was close to everything, a great centrally location in pigeon forge.

The beds were hard as a rock. All furniture was squeaky. The walls were chipping and the tub was cracked. The traffic going by was very noisy all night. Not impressed with this hotel.

Good Stay
The toilet in the first room was wobbly, so we had to change rooms the next day. The second room was much cleaner than the first. We left a day early because of Hurricane Helene.

My favorite thing when walking into a hotel room after checking in is taking a deep breath and smelling a faint but distinct smell of bleach. The room was very clean, staff was friendly and attentive. We had the most relaxing weekend.

It was very accessible to places we wanted to go. The room was great for the four of us with a small kitchenette, table and 4 chairs and couch area plus a small balcony. Would definitely stay here again. September 2024 .

Good value. Clean enough. Simple breakfast, but it's free. The worst drawback was waiting for the (slow) single elevator. Seems like too many floors and rooms for a single elevator. No service elevator for the staff, they share the guest elevator.
