Room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good. The mattress was unbearable. My husband and I stayed two nights. The first night we tossed and flipped and flopped. We could feel the springs poking through to our bodies. We were sore all day. The second night I put three pillows between me and the mattress and it still hurt. My husband started to go sleep in our vehicle. We got hardly any sleep that night. We could hardly walk that next morning. We checked out on Thursday and today is Friday and we are still so sore we can barely get around. We did not go complain to anyone because we aren’t that kind of people. Our room number was 205. Please check it out so no one else will experience this. Like I said, that’s the only complaint. Everything else was great!

Our stay was only 1 night. Hotel was not bad, but was very loud. Could hear all traffic on Highway, noise in hall, and continued noise from AC. It all continued past midnight on a Thursday and well into the morning. Unfortunately-we did not feel rested in the morning, but it was clean. Breakfast was ok. Overall- we didn’t expect too much for price, but will spend a little more $ somewhere else in future to get a better nights rest.

we really enjoyed it here. great location at the end of the busy part of pigeon forge. room was clean and comfortable. enjoyed the room hot tub very relaxing after long days in vacation. enjoyed the fireplace as well. breakfast was great. front clerk was always nice. house keepers never bother us once, but acknowledged us and offered assistance every morning. probably one of the best inns we’ve stayed in. we travel a lot and this was exactly what they posted online for service

The river view from the balcony! Very comfortable bed! Great breakfast buffet! We had a hot tub suite it was very nice! We will return there again in the future!
