Horrible
Air conditioning wasn’t working. Spent the first night in an 80+ degree cabin. Customer service is not local and no way to contact anyone local. You are at the mercy of someone on the west coast to address your problems. Started calling around 3 pm for someone to come fix our air conditioner, they couldn’t give me a time frame of when someone would be there, which turned out to be 11 pm. Still wasn’t fixed. Someone brought some window units out about 11:30 the next day. Asked for a one night refund or an extra day added to our stay and was given a $20 refund for the loss of one amenity for less than 24 hours. Air conditioning in 80 degree weather should not be considered an amenity. I will never book with Vacasa again!

Great Cabin
The overall stay was delightful. The cabin was clean and well kept. Parking was a little odd but thats is due to location and has little to do with the enjoyment of staying. My only criticism is the curtains in the bedroom could have been thicker. I felt a little exposed while changing. No one could outright see us but you can definitely see a silhouette from the outside.

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was just the right size for us. It was clean. The manager responded to our questions/comments very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend noise
The cabin was cute , but much to close to other cabins with no privacy. Other person's staying in the second cabin on the right just past this one , was up all night yelling and partying (making noise). I thought from the pictures that it was on a mountain by itself. But it was way to close to the other cabins and right in a intersection going in and out of the subdivision. It wasn't what I expected.

Worst of the smokies
The bed is like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Goodwill wouldn’t take in the loveseat it is so old and beat up. You literally can’t sit on it. The furnishings are older than the cabin itself. Would not reccomend to let your dog stay here.

We loved it!
The cabin was great, with the exception of the 'lumpy' love seat in the living room. It was closer to the Pigeon Forge Parkway than we expected. Hated to have to leave. Would stay again.

The location was in a great. The only thing that needs to change is the couch. It is very uncomfortable, other than that it was a great place to stay for the night.

The picture of the property doesn’t really show how steep the roads are. The only complaint we have is the sofa. It really is worn out and needs replaced.

The location was very convenient. Cabin was just right for me and my husband. We loved the fireplace. The only negative was the sofa, it is in dire need of replacement. Other than that the experience was great.

Great location
Overall cabin was as described. The couch needs to be replaced, it's horrible. Parking wasn't great, it was on the side and down hill. I'm short so it was hard for me getting in and out of the vehicle. The fridge is loud but cooled great. Didn't use the microwave, stove, dishwasher, or any of the kitchen appliances. The hot tub was wonderful. There was no washer/dryer. Had trouble getting the keypad to unlock the door. Had to use a closed ink pen to hit the numbers. Could've been cleaner. Someone leaked a bag of trash on the carpet and it stunk once the heat was turned on. Carpet was stained from door to the garbage can. Location was great. It was about a mile off the main road in Pigeon Forge.

It was good
I tried contacting the owner to find out where exactly the pool was and never received a reply. Even vrbo could not reach her. Overall it was good. They supplied enough dish ware for the trip which was nice. There was a new sponge, clean towels and soups for us. We enjoyed the hot tub and the private balcony. We enjoyed our stay. We did however find some fake eyelashes next to the tub. It was a good laugh. The couch could be upgraded because it isn’t very comfortable. Also there was spider webs by the porch swing and on top of one of the curtains in the living room.

It’s a dump!
What a disgusting cabin. Other reviews talking about the bad couch, steep driveway, and needing updating are true but too kind. They have not put one dollar back in this property in 20 years. Filthy rug that is supposed to be a tan background is black with years of ground in filth. Shower curtain was gross, bedding old and the oven is broken. Microwave was filthy and took over five minutes to heat water. Furnace filter looked as if it had not been changed in months. Pillows literally look like they were pulled out of the roadside trash. Iron is scorched black and unusable. This cabin was worse than a “no tell motel” and is not worth even $50 per night.
