Come and stay in this beautiful 2 King Bedroom, One Queen Sleeper sofa (w/ memory foam mattress), 2 Bath called "Keep Calm and Bear On" that sleeps 6 within 1.5 miles of the Parkway and minutes away from Gatlinburg. Comfy seating that includes 2 recliners in living room. 4 Smart TVs for Netflix, etc.. YouTubeTv is provided for your enjoyment. You will also enjoy 2 decks with rockers to view the Smoky mountains, including a view of Mt Leconte. The cabin is located in the Sherwood Forest Resort.

• Beautiful Views of Mt LeConte and the Smoky Mountains. The pictures give a glimpse of the beautiful vista you will enjoy from the front and side porch. Newly added 2nd story deck -rare to have this in the resort for a 2BR, 2BA
• Access: Roads to the resort are all wide and paved, easily driven and there is parking for 2 cars.
• Amenities: Whether you would like to play pool, soak in the hot tub, xbox it up (bring your own Xbox One games), play arcade games, swim in the resort owned pool or get your calm on. Other amenities include: 2 fireplaces (gas living room fireplace turned on October through March)and electric fireplace in upstairs bedroom), a natural gas grill, a Keurig and regular coffee pot, wifi, and game room with pool table, video arcade and XBox One (bring your own games). Relax in one of the 2 recliners in the living room.
• Location: You are 3 minutes to the Parkway, accessed at stoplight #10. You are on the south end of the Parkway so you are close to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky National Park
• Safety and security: You are in the popular Sherwood Forest Resort with security gates that are locked at night and security cameras on the gates. There is a security camera also located near entry door on the deck of the cabin. Neighborhood-style community (not secluded)

Charming Cabin

We loved our stay at this charming, comfy, cozy cabin and highly recommend it. Dreamiest vacation

Had the best time at this cabin and was a great place to stay while preparing for our wedding in the area. The whole cabin is decorated beautifully with wonderful furniture & the view from both porches is absolutely amazing. It had everything we could have wanted. 10/10 recommend.

Could have stayed forever!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. The views are breathtaking! The cabin made us feel immediately at home when we arrived. The recliners are very comfortable, as were the beds. One of our favorite parts of the cabin were the rocking chairs on the decks. Great sitting out there any time of day and taking in the gorgeous views! The girls enjoyed the hot tub every day except one due to cute guests that were very curious and attempting to call the hot tub home (2 raccoons). All communications with the host were phenomenal, promptly getting back to us…. Even at 1030 at night as we were watching our guests on the porch. If you don’t like driving up steep hills this property was not the steepest incline I saw within the community. House well equipped with everything you need to start out with including TP, paper towels, plenty of towels and dishes along with extra blankets and pillows. Pool wasn’t in a super sunny location but to be honest we were out and about so much we really didn’t take the time to make it down there. The community grounds were very well kept and it was peaceful. Hoping we will be able to return next year for vacation as well. Property is just minutes from the Parkway. I will say this was the best VRBO experience I’ve had, having stayed many places all over the US. Still frowning our time here is done.

Summer Trip

We loved our stay at this cabin. The views are spectacular. It's very conveniently located close to the main parkway but far enough that it's very peaceful. Watch out for bears though! We saw a large mama and three adorable cubs walking in the neighborhood. We were so happy to see them!!! We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Everything was perfect. Ann was very prompt in response to questions regarding the cabin. The view was absolutely amazing. Everything we needed that we didn't bring was available in the cabin. Close to Parkway. Follow Ann's directions to the cabin by turning at light 10. Our GPS took us a little different way which was fine but harder to cross parkway coming out. Definitely needed the light to cross over Parkway. We had zero complaints about this cabin. .

The best vacation you could ever want!

Excellent place to stay. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Saw a bear as soon as we got out of our car at the neighbors house the day we arrived. We were so excited, what more could you ask for! Loved the hot tub, it was so relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed playing pool every evening. You have a great set- up for the whole family to enjoy including the games. Beautiful place and anyone needing a kitchen to cook in you have thought of everything. Keep doing everything you’re doing!! This was the best vacation we’ve ever had! Very relaxing!! Thanks for allowing us to have a pleasurable stay.

Instantly felt at home

This cabin was perfect for my family of four (Kids ages 7 and 10). We instantly felt at home. It was incredibly clean, had everything we needed, it was close to Pigeon Forge, and the view... was incredible. Exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was perfect to relax in after our days adventures. We already miss everything this cabin had to offer. My husband and I are already looking for a return date.

Smoky Mountains Getaway

We recently stayed at this cabin and it was a wonderful experience. Check in process was simple after a day of travel. This was our third time in Sherwood Forest and from the moment we arrived to the cabin, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The cabin itself was nicely decorated, cozy, clean, and well-maintained, providing us with all the comforts of home and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures, the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, the laundry and extra pantry space were fantastic, the balconies and hot tub allowed us to enjoy the outdoors, and the game room added to the overall excellence of our stay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise, taking walks through the community in the early morning, sitting on the deck enjoying morning coffee while taking in the stunning views. The peacefulness made it hard to leave. Additionally, the location was ideal for exploring the Smoky Mountains National Park and nearby attractions. We took advantage of hiking trails, scenic drives, and local attractions, all within a short distance from the cabin. We visited Dollywood, the Pirate Voyage dinner show, the Island and more!! Overall, our time at this cabin exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return. Thank you to the welcoming homeowner, we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Smoky Mountains.

New Year's stay

Property was easy to get to with the nice weather we had. I can definitely believe the sign that says 4-wheel drive or chains in needed in snowy weather, mostly due to the slope of the road. The cabin is located close to the strip. Quiet area even with it being New Years . Check in and out was very easy. Would recommend to stay here with a small family.
