Our stay was fabulous. We were celebrating my granddaughters 13th birthday, and my daughter, me and my seven year old grandson took advantage of all your amenities. They said the Lazy River was magical. We totally enjoyed the three bedroom condo and we will be back!

This place was nice but very expensive. The penthouse had a washer/dryer but with only one small box of detergent (enough for one load) and no other cleaning supplies. There was dishwashing soap and pods for the dishwasher. The kitchen was adequately stocked but lacked basic seasonings (I guess that makes sense though because I wouldn’t want to use other people’s stuff). Perhaps having salt and pepper shakers that are new (those cheap ones). I loved the lazy river and The Pigeon Forge Strip is a hop, skip and jump from the resort. All-in-all, very comfortable and peaceful, just overpriced.

Beautiful facility and received a great discounted rate. However, there was a cockroach in our condo. The maintenance staff immediately came after notified and sprayed. Saw two more that night that we killed. Scheduled massages at 1:45, received a call at 1:30 that we were 15 minutes late and caller was adamant our time would be cut. The massage therapists were much nicer. My husband said his massage was fantastic and his neck felt better than it had in years.

Was an amazing resort. We were upgraded to 4 room/4 bathroom condo. Conveniently close to many options and to the convention center. Is a beautiful resort and budget friendly.
