Great location and plenty of parking. Rooms a little dated but comfortable and seems to cater to an older clientele or it was like that at the time of our visit. Breakfast was okay. We would stay here again but so many choices in the area. We recommend this hotel.

The room was clean but it had ants in it . I booked the room over a month in advance and asked for a room on the second or third floor. When I got there I was told the only room they had was on the first floor near the very noisy lobby.

The hotel is centrally located to attractions and restaurants. The staff were amazing and the breakfast was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will stay again!!

Look no more , This is definitely the ONE!
We absolutely loved our stay from check-in to check-out! Friendly staff and well accommodating atmosphere. The rooms we're clean and very comfortable , loved the balcony overlooking the river and downtown pigeon forge. There's an outside pool ( seasonal ) and an inside pool and hot tub. The only thing is the inside pool isn't heated so it's a bit cold , they provide towels in the pool area and they have bathrooms in the pool room also - great idea by the way 😁 Breakfast is also included so that was definitely a plus. Every night there's free popcorn 🍿 and cookies from 7pm to 9 or 10pm I believe. Ice machines on every floor too. In all I definitely have nothing bad to say about The Inn on the River , we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

This was our first stay here. We were greeted with fresh popcorn and cookies at check in. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub, and fire pit. We'll definitely keep this on our preferred list of places to stay.

We really like this property and will stay there the next time we are in Pigeon Forge. It is so nice to sit by the river in the rocking chairs and enjoy the geese. Breakfast had so many options. Staff was so helpful and friendly.

We had a view of the river and a balcony. Loved it. Room was clean. Bed was too soft for me. Carpet was kind of older. Overall a good visit. Friendly staff and helpful.
