Lovely place, wonderful friendly and helpful staff, amazing food especially the breakfast (!) and a amazing view of the ocean from our room! Will definitely stay there again!

Lovely hotel with a great and sumptuous breakfast

Zee and Amin at the front desk was extremely helpful with coordinating family activities. Their knowledge and willingness were greatly appreciated. All of the staff was very welcoming, and I would highly recommend the Hyatt hotel. The area is close to a few restaurants and the Waterfront; great location. The suites were beautiful with a nice view. The variety of foods at breakfast was more than enough, so much variety and it was hot and fresh; made to order. I am definitely staying here again, when I'm back in Cape Town!! Worth every penny.
