The bed was half way on the ground and lop sided off of a piece of wood underneath the mattress. There was mold above the shower and the toilet barely flushed.

I did not like the smell of my room. It smelled like cigarettes. There were stains on the curtains and lamp in the room. The hotel looks outdated. The mirror in our room was dirty and had a blurry look to it. There were storage containers surrounding the property.

No regular coffee during g breakfast. No one to ask for help. Decaffeinated coffee was cold and terrible quality. Stale muffins. Noisy jerky elevator. Noisy outside. Strong chlorine smell everywhere.

When I first arrived the room was dirty I asked for it to be cleaned three times before it was. The staff was friendly and listened but didn’t take action well. I was promised credits that I didn’t receive.

Property was very outdated and the hotel seemed a lot older inside. It was clean and there was good parking. there’s a lot of shopping and restaurants in the area. However, that the curtains didn’t close all the way so in the morning the sun was blazing in the room. Not sure I’d stay here again.
