The space was dirty and inconvenient. Room doors did not have keys and any person could get into the property room without security. I felt extremely unsafe. So, I decided not to stay there after checking in and after 5 min of being into room.

Everything was great. If you get a ground floor room you have a sliding glass door exit from your room to the car which was very convenient. The breakfast was a pack of muffins. Not what i expected 4 years removed from Covid. That was just lazy. I'm extremely upset at how non existent the continental breakfast was.

Poor quality despite showing in website.
I arrived after 3pm check in time. One of my 2 rooms was not ready. So I accepted one room to wait on the other. That room was run down and unsanitary. Dead bugs littered the sliding glass exterior door. It was in the first floor. Didn’t feel safe. I contacted desk and said I wanted to cancel this room. I went to check the other room. It was the same. I cancelled both rooms and told them their hotel conditions did not reflect reality on the website. I also told them I don’t know how they keep their Wyndham franchise relationship. Poor quality.

Filthy rathole. Smelled like a nursing home and bleach, but they didn’t use any on the toilet. Crusty yellow urine and feces around seat bolts. Cigarette burns in the bedspread and dingy pillows and sheets that looked like their civil war bandages. We checked in at 2am after steeler game got rained delayed and it was so bad we left immediately and drove the extra 2 hours home.

The free breakfast was coffee, bottled water, packaged muffins, packaged granola bars and that's it! The air conditioner in the room didn't work. The sliding screen to the balcony was very hard and noisey to open. Staff was not knowledgeable at the desk and didn't see any other staff in the entire facility.

I have been trying to reach someone with Expedia about this stay. We had to leave after night one of a 3 night stay because of the horrible black mold problem and the safety issues with the property. Please provide a phone number where I can reach someone to get a refund for the remaining two nights of this awful experience. I spoke with the front desk person and he said Expedia will have to refund our stay not the Days Inn people. I would Like this resolved immediately.

This was by far the worst room I've ever stayed in and will never be returning. Upon checking in, the lady at the desk was screaming at another customer on the phone about her card information. I checked in, went to my room and went inside. I was unable to get the main lights in the room to work so I had to move around in the dark to the bathroom so I could use those lights to see. First things I noticed off the bat was that the closet door wasn't even attached. It was laying loose up against the wall. Then, there was an old nasty, bloody pillow stashed in the top of the closet. The floors looked like they had never been vaccummed. The sheets had burn holes all through them. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Upon inspecting the sheets, there were hairs all through the sheets. There was also hairs throughout the towels. There were holes in the walls. There was a door that adjoined the next door room. This door would not lock at all and was blocked shut by a chair. This chair also blocked me from opening the sliding glass door which is a fire hazard. Speaking of that, someone ripped the smoke detector off of the ceiling and stashed it in the dresser drawer. When I ran the air conditioner, it started smoking because the filter was full. It's a good thing I didn't go to sleep with it on because the drapes would have caught on fire and I'd have no alarm to let me know. The shower tub was absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even take a shower.
