The staff is very helpful. My son wanted to print his papers at midnight, but the printer in the lobby couldn't handle his large file. Fortunately, the front desk staff assisted us by using the front desk printer to print it out.

Good hotel, not a big parking lot considering hockey and football fans stay here.. heater was not working so it was 67 in our room all night.. breakfast buffet was alright.

Pierre is awesome
It was very clean, I slept amazing and Pierre was the best not just with us he was awesome and helped everyone. One of the nicest people ever. Only bad was 25 bucks to park in their lot when you already pay to stay there. This Hampton was well worth it

Stayed 2 nights while my wife had surgery at a nearby hospital. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. They asked for a credit card on check in for the incidentals hold, which i was expecting, then just handed me a parking pass. There was no mention of the parking fee at all from the desk clerk at check in. Just handed over the parking pass like it was included. At $175 a night, parking should be included. Even with the convenience of having a room next to the hospital, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. That extra $25 a day is just a predatory practice taking advantage of people who have no other options at that time, especially when the parking pass is just handed over without any mention of cost.

Overall our stay was good. The hotel wasn’t dirty but it didn’t feel fresh and clean. The front desk lady did her job, but wasn’t friendly or welcoming. Breakfast was ok, not very tasty. Our first morning there the floor in the breakfast area was sticky. The area was ok, felt safe and didn’t worry about my vehicle.
