This hotel is in a perfect location! Easy access to restaurants and shopping. If you're flying in for a quick weekend, the hotel gave us transportation recommendations that made the pick up from the airport to the hotel such a breeze! You're close to multiple forms of public transportation and getting around downtown is pretty easy. We plan to stay here again!

It was very convenient to what we had going on that day. Customer service was amazing they were able to help out any way that they could. This is a hotel that I will recommend to stay at. Everyone was so friendly. Convenient shopping and restaurants close by as well. Can’t wait to go back.

Birthday Disappointment
Contacted the property to say I’d be there on my birthday and was looking forward to a great stay. Was offered a free upgrade to a corner room at no extra charge and told about the busy weekend ahead. No worries as we were there for a Steeler game. Room was already prepaid so great bonus! Upon arrival, no upgrade. Alerted the desk and was told ‘Sorry, it happens when they are fully booked’. Why offer the upgrade when they are aware they can’t fulfill the offer? Poor customer service from a company that should be capable of blocking off one (1) room as promised. Gave a bad start to our stay. Tried to have dinner in the restaurant downstairs after we arrived and I must have missed where we needed reservations to do so. So that further disappointed us. Just one thing after another. We did give the restaurant a try before breakfast on Sunday and didn’t have much luck there either. We were allowed to sit at the bar to eat but our meal took almost an hour to get to us!! The MOD did comp the meal to take care of the inconvenience. Upon checking out Monday, no staff to relay my concerns, so I hope this reaches someone that will make a difference.

Horrific check in to an occupied room
Worst check in ever - we were told we’d already been checked in and went to room occupied/ full of someone else’s stuff. Returned to desk and they insisted it was our room and agent left to verify room was occupied. Agent then with no apologies or explanation came back and said they’d have to try to find another room. We were on a tight schedule and no regard was given to this and the process took good part of hour. Agent then claimed we could get full refund but of course that would have to be done by Hotels.com
