We enjoyed our stay. Room was very comfortable, Uber picks up at the front doors, definitely handy when you're headed to paints arena for concert. There are plenty of food choices around the hotel as well as walking around down town for the views.

We’ve stayed there before. Excellent location, great breakfast, clean rooms. We were overcharged-they blamed Expedia so we are hoping our bill adjustment comes through. They over charged us about $50

I made a reservation with this hotel. However I had an unexpected death with my best friend/sister family and had to cancel my reservations. I thought they would have been a bit more understanding, but to my surprise, even though I didn't stay at the hotel, they still charged me 1,000$. Extremely disappointed that not only did they charge me but did not show any empathy at all.

Get location but could have better service.
Seemed understaffed. Had to call three times for extra pillows and ended up just having to go to the front desk. No cleaning service for our room during the day (the lady cam by that evening when we were in the room and asked if we wanted her to come in and clean). Everyone was friendly though. Beds were not very comfortable.

Beautiful facility very comfortable beds quiet air conditioning. The only thing I didn’t like was there was a smoke detector- that quietly flashed about every 15 min. I’m very sensitive to light. I would recommend requesting a room on the stadium side- you won’t hear the freeway noise.

Great stay, except car broken into
The hotel room and facilities were great, but our car was broken into during the night. We had a temporary window in place so we asked the staff about security. They said there were cameras so it would be fine. The parking lot is open to the street and didn't seem very safe. We reported the breakin at the front desk. To be fair, there are "park at your own risk" signs in the lot, but we had a late arrival and didn't really know what else to do. In general, we're very happy with Holiday Inn Express. It's our #1 go-to hotel on the road.
