The interior of the property was NOT clean. The lobby and hallways smelled like someone was cooking with curry somewhere but there was no on site cooking facility.

There's only one elevator and it was usually in use. The TV in my room didn't work. I didn't have the internet password and there was no one at the front desk to help me. I could hear lots of noises in the hall during the night.

Last resort/desperate ONLY STAY
Check in was horrible. Management said I only reserved one room even after I gave her the reservation #. Finally got that issue worked out. 1) Bugs everywhere, including the room. 2) spiderwebs on the lights fixtures. 3) door would not properly shut. 4) red stains on the carpet.

They were overpriced and the rooms were in horrible condition for the price paid. We had 2 rooms. One of them had a bad odor coming from the AC. The other room bathroom the light was not working and we had to use the heat lamp in order to use the bathroom at all. The toilet seat is worn down to the wood, leaving us to layer the seat with TP before using it unsure of the cleanliness of it. The only reason we chose and stayed here was because of a wedding we were attending. I will never stay here again.

The stay for three nights was excellent. From checking in to checking out was a pleasure. The staff was very professional and courteous. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating to my requests. The continental breakfast was excellent as well. This was about my fourth or fifth stay at Microtel. The room was clean and comfortable as well.
