Door in restroom made noise when open also smelled like feces had a terrible experience in a reservation dinner rude and aggressive waiter left the restaurant didn’t go to any reservations after that would not stay here ever again to bad there is no 0 stars horrible place water on the beach had feces smell while walking to my building room again feces smell the food in the buffet not good at all drinks as well not good at all..

The place was beautiful, but in need of TLC in some places more than others. Most of the staff were amazing, but some wasn’t helpful or could find someone who was. Had an item taken from the room and then stated they never found it and it would have been found by maid/cleaning staff and was never turned into lost and found so staff had to have kept it. Very expensive grey women’s jacket with hood. When I tried to get help finding it I was passed from one person to another and nobody would look just kept saying it wasn’t found. Spoke with the people who were in the room after me and it wasn’t there so staff had to have taken it. Unhappy with this and the buffet meals very bland same type of food everyday with only a few added choices. Some staff was amazing and others made us feel we were a burden. Won’t recommend to anyone especially if housekeeping decide to keep items for themselves. Beyond unprofessional!

Everything would be perfect only issues is have better cuts of meat. All dinners even "steak house" are horrible cuts of meant with 0 seasoning. Only complaint still gave perfect score, just avoid any "steak"

Our stay was actually on the Sunset side; an extension of a week stay. We enjoyed our visit enough to make it a day longer. Both sides of the properties, I walked them each day, were clean, orderly and the exterior of the rooms appeared to be the same.

The property itself is nice and the main plaza is a nice area. The theatre and night time shows are the only thing positive here. We just got back (Dec 7), right before it starts getting busy at these Mexican resorts. Service is terribly lacking. The buffets are under staffed. Most of the time they came around once or twice at the most to get drink orders. Most of the time I went to get my own water or coffee. The service from a server at the sports bar was horrendous. I can't even describe how rude she was in trying to keep track of the waitlist for the pool tables. Some of the a la carte restaurants were slow for service as well. Taking 2 hours from our reservation time to when we left. Air conditioning in the rooms are weak. So weak and they know it. That's why the rooms don't have proper blankets. Your blanket is the flat sheet plus another sheet. Literally 2 sheets is your blanket. This is not just 1 bad room. We moved rooms cause one was so bad. The 2nd was not much better. We went with a group of 15 with 5 rooms. They were all the same. The food at the buffets were not good. A couple of ok items but a lot of items lacked flavour and quality. I've been to 6 different resorts in Mexico and this was the worst in terms of food quality. Tough to get drinks by the pool too. Servers rarely came around. So I went to the bar. The bars have 1 or 2 bartenders. So even short lines take a long time. We definitely aren't coming back.

Very good place, and still has a beach that isn’t washed away! No service on the beach you need to walk up to the bar unlike some resorts. Rooms were good, did have a misty smell but there is a pool attached to the room. My first time at this resort and I’d probably go back, good value for what you get. Food is alright make sure to book the restaurant rsvp’s ahead of time!
