This is an excellent resort, one of the best we have been to! There are many food options and a lovely beach, but what I loved most are the number of activities the experience team hosts EVERYDAY for FREE. There is also room service for free!! We enjoyed the activities we engaged in (a lagoon tour with an opportunity to swim, kayaking, bracelet making, nightly shows, macrame, bingo, live music, the list goes on!) and most importantly LOVED the experience team themselves. Viri, one of the experience team members, was most incredible! She was always so warm and welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we made the most of our trip and had fun. Kendall, Carlos, and Dali were also fabulous! We would definitely come back, and recommend this to anyone. There were lots of amenities available and everyone was incredibly kind. We felt so safe on this resort and look forward to returning. 10/10!

Beautiful grounds, the pool and beach were always clean. All of the staff were super attentive and friendly. We had the Privilege package and it was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, the food was delicious! We had a wonderful time getting lots of R&R. We always had a golf cart ride to wherever we needed if we needed it.

A Wonderful Getaway for Adults We had a great experience at the Ocean Maya Royale resort! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was safe, cozy, and welcoming. Viridiana and her entertainment team went above and beyond to create personalized connections with guests, offering engaging and enjoyable activities throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy different tastes, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Room service was excellent, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. The beach was well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and swimming. For those looking to explore the underwater world, scuba diving instructors (https://diveitmexico.com/) were available at the beach, offering lessons and guidance for beginners. We also appreciated the convenience of gift shopping right at the resort. Overall, this is an excellent place for a relaxing and fun-filled adult getaway. Highly recommended!

Group of 9, we had a wonderful time at this resort. From the front desk (guest services) team (especially Gabriela and Yair). The bartendar (Jorge -- aka Jorge from the Jungle) was on point with the drinks (worth paying $12 extra for Hennyrita -- you only need 1, two max). Manuel at the Japanese restaurant was awesome as well! Although we took great pics on our phone, the pics from the Photo store at the resort, were outstanding! Although we traveled the beginning of December, the resort had the lobby, walk paths to the beach, etc., beautifully decorated. At the end of the day/trip, a great time was had by all -- I definitely recommend this resort, without hesitation. If I had to say anything slightly negative, it would be that most of us had priviliege rooms, the only time I saw by butler was when we checked in. I am not blaming the resort, as I was provided his WhatsApp info, but his services weren't really needed. Also, I highly recommend the room service food, I believe it is cooked by the Sports Bar staff (kind of tucked away across from the Photo Shop).
