This is a new property about 4 years old, in Lakeside, about a 5 minute walk to the lake and main shops. I was there during the quiet season and the hotel was busy but not full. As an older woman traveling alone, I felt safe in this location. I have also been to Pokhara before so I know my way around. The staff are very helpful and eager to respond to any requests. The hotel was quiet. The internet and electric power worked consistently and my room had a good AC unit. There is no in-room safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Loved our room - large and spotlessly clean (as was the entire hotel.) Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was excellent. Have been to Pokhara many times and Hotel Spring was the best hotel yet encountered. By no means the biggest hotel in town or the most 'exciting,' but if you're looking for a quiet place to get a good night's sleep this would be a great choice.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
What you get is not what is being advertised. I think is is a family business so your typical hospitality expectations are not there. Only person I think know what they are doing is front desk gentleman. Breakfast was good but plan to wait for a long time with limited coffee. Needs a re-vamp, I was called at least 4 times to ensure that I am checking out next day early though time to check out is Noon.
We had an awesome time in hotel spring. Our room was comfortable, spacious and reasonably clean. For a budget hotel we were pleasantly surprised with everything. The staff was extremely friendly as well. The breakfast was a highlight for us. There weren't enough people for a buffet, so they cooked for us wathever we wanted. It was delicious and felt like we were in a posh restaurant. The next morning we were leaving too early, so they made us a packed lunch. This was very kind of them and enough food.
Location is great as well. Within 5 minutes you're on the main street.
Clean, neat, and in a great location. Tucked off of a quiet street in lakeside. Super close to all of Pokhara’s attraction, but quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. Free breakfast!
Good breakfast, ok location, electricity was off and on. Only problem was the rooms on top floor were super hot. I asked to change to a different room when available and the accomodated.
Really great hotel for the price!! Highly recommen
The staff was extremely helpful and sweet. We didn’t enjoy nepal as a country but loved how accommodating the staff was. They made us any food we wanted for breakfast and brought us food and tea throughout the day as we acclimated. There was a bug in our bed one night but they fully changed the sheets and apologized for the whole situation. The bugs are unavoidable all over nepal so we are used to this but glad they could help us out. We loved the way they helped out our constantly and even picked up food from a local restaurant for dinner one night to eat. This was a very good hotel and extremely accommodating.
Big, nice, clean room. Nice staf. Big, nice bed, great wifi. Breakfast is also oké. We even can see the mountains from our little balcony. Quiet area, still very near the restaurants. Great stay!!
Positives - nice clean hotel. Friendly/helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good location.
Negatives - rock hard pillows. Mediocre breakfast (no cereals, weak fruit juice, limited fruit, uninspiring hot food, tasteless white bread/toast with miniscule amounts of butter and jam). Intermittent wifi.

When requesting a room be sure to ask for one of the rooms with either 01 or 02 as they are the side of the real mountain views and not just the hill.
Keep in mind that the hotel does not have a lift and so daily treks up to the 4th floor can be troublesome for some people - I had no issue and I am not young :)
As for other things - Hot Water , this was a bit of a problem and we were instructed to inform them that we wanted hot water for a shower so they could turn it on ??? We had a little problem with the toilet blocking up and this was in the late evening - a call to the reception saw a plumber being sent up immediately and within 20 minutes the whole issue was sorted. We found this very good service.
Breakfast is simple but sufficient (westerners need to understand that breakfast is more catered to the normal Nepalese and Indian populations ) I requested soft boiled eggs and they were cooked to perfection without any drama. I consider this to be good service.
The manager (?Owner) was very helpful and accommodated us in all requests and demands.
I would stay here again for sure when I come back to Pokhara, for its proximity to the main street and general suitability for clean accommodation at a reasonable price.
Wifi might need some addressing as it was a bit scatty in the room at times.
The hotel is close to almost everything, just a block off of the main street. Rooms are very new and clean. Bed is comfortable and the shower is fantastic. Staff were very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again.
