No complaint about the facility but booking was a nightmare. I originally booked on Nov 13 and prepaid $175.07. When I found out the booking was a day later than intended I changed the date on Nov 16 and was assessed an additional fee of $170.42. When we went to check in they could not find our reservation and so I had to pay $178.06. All told I paid $523.15 for one night! Ridiculous. If I don't get a refund of $345.00 I'm never staying there or using Expedia again !!
Staff are professional as the service provided was
spot on.
The atmosphere at the hotel was clean, fun and again
the service was perfect.
Will stay there again.

Called to file a complaint with general manager have yet to hear back about the terrible experience I had here.
The lighting in the bathrooms are horrible, there might as well have been no light in the bathroom. It is terrible if you’re trying to do your makeup.
The ice machine on the second floor was broken with no out of order sign posted, I reported it to front desk and he was not helpful he said to just go to another floor.
The next day we come back to our hotel room to find our beds were not made properly and the sheets were just thrown over it.
In addition, the main lobby smelled horribly like bleach when I got there.
Later that night the fire alarms go off out of nowhere and we’re forced to evacuate out in the rain. Mind you there was no fire and we had to sit in the rain for over an hour with no answers from staff.
Considering that this is a “4 star hotel” at the price I paid per night I expected better service. Especially since it is a Hilton hotel. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
The website indicates "Airport Shuttle" but hours are limited. First suttle on weekends is not until 7:00 AM which is not convenient for early flights. Ended up having to pay a $45 cab ride to the airport, an additional expense I was not counting on. The web site should be clear on the shuttle hours for all days of the week.
The property was beautiful! We walked in and were surprised by how nice it was inside and the steak house smelled insanely good! Wanted to eat there but didn’t have the time. We only had one issue when the key card would not scan right away and it seemed to have been broken but within 5 minutes we were placed in an identical room! Room was clean and beds were amazing! Just what I wanted when I needed a place for a great night of sleep!
