Stayed here for 1 night and stayed at a bay view room. It was quiet and plenty of coffee shops that you can walk to for breakfast. Sunrise was beautiful on the bay. Would stay here again. Great bargain for your money.

I hesitate to say the room is dated... as that seems to be the vibe they are trying to preserve; which translates in offering the customer that vintage old town experience. My wife and I thought it was great. Also, compliments to the staff, as the room was super clean and taken care of.

Though the room was clean and quiet, the property was dated and there was construction going on as it was off season. The temperature in the room was difficult to control. The thermostat went from 55 to 80F, but once it was set above 65, it went to 80F. Expedia's booking indicated that breakfast was included, but the property changes that amenity with the seasons. This is something Expedia's computers should take into account when you are booking in advance, they should not have picked up the hotel as breakfast included after the close of season date provided by the hotel management.

Beware, the photos and reviews speak of a breakfast, but I was told that they do not have that at least during the fall in winter months because it is slow. Yet the photos are still there. Reviews talked about work being done in the hallways and stairwells and that is still going on, but apparently progress is very very slow.

Great view from my room. Friendly staff at check in. Room could use new comfy bedding but it had everything - fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Walkable to grocery store. It’s not fancy but it is a good value for location.

Great motel overlooking the harbor. Wonderful views. Clean spacious rooms recently renovated. Staff is terrific. Walk to ferry is easy and a short 10 minutes.
