So describing my stay there, doesn’t look like any of the pictures, the room was semi clean, things dirty bathroom walls near the door looks like it was never wiped in the creases. The shower faucet was about to fall off, the vanity lights were rusting. This place definitely needs to be updated. Their smoking area is near the pool which in my opinion should be somewhere else. While you’re swimming that’s all you smell if someone is smoking. A family was there the time I was & had a baby the were having fun until a smoker came out & they packed up & left. They definitely need to think about areas were they can relocate that area. Otherwise the staff is excellent very nice! If they would update a few things & better deep clean I would be back!

We arrive to this location around 7pm, we check in get to the room we got a god friendly room sense we traveling we our dogs. As soon as we get to the room smell strongly like pets pee, I immediately start recording the room and looking around, when we move the bees there was woman Tampon and dog yellow mark under the bed. And the bottom sheet with yellow pet pee. We go downstairs to the lobby to complain no help, so we decided to leave because is not safe to stay I have video of this and is horrible don’t stay here with pets if you care about there helps and kids.

I arrived at the property . I had issues with the key and a smoked room, dirty tub, just unclean. I was moved to another room . The toilet keep stopping up and front desk gave us a plunger to unstop it . We had to continue to unstop the toilet. The tub water was constantly running. The first front desk representative that assisted us needs customer service skills and needs to calm all the way down .

Staff was great, but our shower would not turn off all the way and the tub stopper was broken. We were not offered clean towels for a 3 night stay. And I was charged prematurely for my stay.
