I checked in on Wednesday stayed thru Friday. My room was never cleaned. I ran out of towels and toilet paper, I had to get it from house keeping. I was told at the front desk my room would be clean. The room keys kept losing the code I had to come three times to get them programed. Black mold in the bathroom, I have photos.

The hotel is old....smells old. Needs updating. Random people mulling about, some scary. The first room the I was assigned smelled like dog. I asked for another room. The receptionist was great and gave us a different room. The second room was much better but definitely needs updating.

We stayed to sit out a hurricane. Facilities great, clean, updated, hot breakfast. Staff were great with a full hotel at that. Would definitely stay again.

Desk clerks were helpful and nice. Breakfast was sparse and only open from 6:30am to 9:30am so you can't sleep in. Elevator was old and clunky and slow. Beds were comfortable but old. If I had to stay there again I would as I feel the price of the room aligned with the services.

So describing my stay there, doesn’t look like any of the pictures, the room was semi clean, things dirty bathroom walls near the door looks like it was never wiped in the creases. The shower faucet was about to fall off, the vanity lights were rusting. This place definitely needs to be updated. Their smoking area is near the pool which in my opinion should be somewhere else. While you’re swimming that’s all you smell if someone is smoking. A family was there the time I was & had a baby the were having fun until a smoker came out & they packed up & left. They definitely need to think about areas were they can relocate that area. Otherwise the staff is excellent very nice! If they would update a few things & better deep clean I would be back!
