The layout of the property inside was really nice. Unfortunately from the time you enter the door, there is a very strong unclean feel and smell. We noticed and took pics of ceiling in the bathroom, which had mould and meldew growing. All the curtains had meldew on it. Toilet roll holder was left un-installed and unfortunately fell on one of the guest, which caused bruising and swelling on the toe. We felt unwell due to unhealthly air inside the apartment. If time and money is spent on cleaning on this apartment, we think it could be a real gem. Fantastic location, we could not fault this. Across the road from the beach and close to cafes and shops. Location was the best part about the apartment.
