The Norburn, 3 Norburn Avenue - aircon, wifi, boat parking, close to water & clubs

Located between Nelson Bay and Little Beach. Only a quick 300m walk to Little Beach which is perfect for children to swim and has the boat ramp, 500m walk to Shoal Bay Beach and only a 10m walk to Diggers Club.

Four good size bedrooms with heaps of parking for a boat and a great backyard and enclosed sunroom for the afternoon barbecues.

The Norburn flows over two levels with the upstairs level having an air-conditioned living area and main bedroom, well-appointed kitchen, main bathroom with a child size bath, shower and toilet.

Downstairs has a large air-conditioned parent retreat with its own living area providing a TV and DVD player. There is also a kitchenette which is perfect for when you entertain in the large enclosed sunroom with BBQ facilities, bathroom with a separate toilet.

There is parking for three cars with two in a carport at the rear of the backyard and one in a garage, a boat could be reversed into the back yard depending on the height of the boat. Internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

Great home
The home is great for a big family. Well equipped, clean and comfortable for a good night sleep. I would add only a safety gate if you have toddlers or babys because the stairs are a bit dangerous for them. But other then that very good. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place
Light filled, open plan living with room for 9 adults to find a quiet place to chill. Great location, close to beaches and cafes. Well set up kitchen and room for a volleyball net in the backyard. We were very comfortable.
