According to ADA regulations, a property is not supposed to require anything of the owner of a service dog that they don’t require of someone without one. I was told that if i didn’t sign the service dog paperwork, they wouldn’t let me check in. This is against federal law.
The AC system shuts off at night while you’re asleep because it doesn’t see you moving? Seriously?! We got hot in the night and woke up because of this - very inconvenient and stupid.
We asked for an upper floor so that we wouldn’t be awakened by guests above us, they were sold out so we were awakened 2 of 3 nights by loud crashing around in the room above us at 4:30am for an hour and a half solid and again at 5am.
The handyman was hammering and using a staple gun this morning at 6:45 in the stairway. We didn’t get much sleep during our stay.
The pantry items are priced ridiculously - don’t bother, you won’t sell anything at that price.
No breakfast is offered, even though prices are the same as other hotels who do offer it.
Pet area grass is shot and bushes are all cut down.
