Good location. Some areas showing their age including pool area but good overall. Intense security which is good but restriktive of the guest as well. Food at Grays was not so great this time and poorly presented.
The staff was very helpful and responsive. Room was clean and nice.
Didn’t love the barky dog next door; I feel like there should be a separate area for dog rooms and/or someone checking for barking.
When my battery died, the staff -- concierge/valet, front desk, engineering staff were fantastic. They all worked to take care of us after we had already checked out. Eventually we got on the road and home safely. I extra appreciate the helpfulness and expertise of the engineering staff in the garage. Theybwerenprofessional, kind, and helped us get on the road. Thank you all!

Bad value for the money
This hotel was way overpriced. Poor value. The extras for parking was over the top for a holiday weekend. All told our bill was over $300.
