Very nice property that is handy to everything. When I did not read Expedia’s fine print that I would be charged in $USD a very expensive option. Add breakfast for €20 makes it even more expensive

Staff amazing , shame about the very poor state of our mattress and pillows which need replacing. Also no sun loungers on the roof terrace unlike the hotel publicity photos. The breakfast had limited choice mainly continental with just bacon and questionable scrambled eggs . Good location for all Porto sights within 10-15 minute walk. I so much wanted to give a better review as the staff were amazing .

Very nice and fairly new. It's in a nice neighborhood. There are shops right around the corner. It's little far from downtown. The breakfast was good which comes with your stay.

The staff was very friendly helpful and nice but the hotel is more like a budget 2/3 star at the most not a 4 star as the rooms walls were dirty and damage and bathroom bath floor was stained though the rest was clean but the sink hole was very dirty and not ideal but at the same time had the basic slippers and water bottle etc but the experience was made very comfy by the staff and the location

Very disappointed with this hotel, there is no roof top terrace and the restaurant is only open for breakfast! No bar or anywhere to chill out, very misleading advertisement. Good location close to everything but lack of character!
