The place is okay front desk people need to be more friendly. The waiters from dinner they never come to the table ask if you need anything. The best waiter was Danilo from the morning to lunch he was very helpful every time I give 5 star.

Fraudulent pictures, not even close to what was advertised. The front desk was somewhat lost with our reservation and finally took us to our room. It was half the size advertised on pictures. They were expecting our call already because they immediately replied that this is our bungalow as advertised. We were welcome to cancel and upgrade if we want a change, but their reservation is non refundable and was prepaid!!! There was rat poop on the balcony everywhere and on the balcony table. The view we had was looking at a old roof top and a rundown backyard with smell of fried fish and chicken all day. The kitchen for the facility was located right under our room. Terrible experience!!!! We asked for an afternoon coffee and the waitress could not provide us milk for the coffee because according to her kitchen wouldn’t allow to serve anything that was not in the menu. Even if you want to pay for the milk. Please stay away from this property to ensure a nice vacation time.

The Worst Hotel Experience - Bad Room, Bad Manager
We arrived and were taken to our room at Arraial Bangalô Praia Hotel. It was bad! The room did not match the pictures on the website nor the description on any website. Our booked room was described as 'Luxury Chalet' and this room was in no way luxury, in fact, it was not even inhabitable. It was bad!We were shown another ‘Luxury Chalet’ which was flooded [not a joke] and a room right next to the busy road [which a previous reviewer has written about…it’s noisy!]. A smelly, musty, worn, damaged room, which was dark and unpleasant. The thought of staying for five nights in this room at a very high price was not possible for us. We went back to reception and talked politely with the manager. He responded by saying, ‘Eu entendo o que vocês estão falando, eu também ficaria chateado se isso acontecesse comigo’ [I understand what you are talking about, I would also be upset if that happened to me]. The manager said, ‘Se vocês quiserem procurar outro hotel eu vejo o reembolso completo para vocês’ [If you want to look for another hotel I can see the full refund for you]. We actioned this and returned to our room, took our things and booked another hotel. It was twice the price, but needs must. On return to reception the manager had gone home, I mean within minutes he had left the building! We lost hundreds of pounds to this hotel. The next conversations on the phone involved a shouty commercial manager from RedePortoFirme and contradictions and untuths. We lost our money.
Mold and damp has made the furniture damaged, smelly and unpleasant.
Stained and damaged bedside tables with sticky remote controls.
A very hard bed, that felt like a plank of wood with worn nylon mix sheets.
All walls marked and damaged, faded paint and dirt throughout.

The hotel grounds are nice and well kept. There is an omnipresent security presence. Love the oceanfront sound of the waves. The restaurant is good, breakfast is very good. The rooms are not very comfortable. No comfortable chairs. Rugs, etc. no amenities. Bare bones Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. inconsistent service. The bathrooms smell like public bathrooms. No insect screens!! This would be a decent mid priced hotel but is way too expensive for the experience.

Nice hotel and restaurant on the beach
We arrived late in the evening. The front desk was waiting for us. It was a romantic escapade with my wife. We found a clean room. On the beach with the sounds of the ocean...we were served with cocktails and appetizers; we could saw many times turtles on the ocean just in front our beach!. It was a nice long weekend. The room were clean and the swimming poll and other facilities like sauna and fitness room were perfect to exercise and relax... Many short tours were available and organized from the front desk at a very convenient price. Internet was available EVERY where at the hotel. In the room, at the swimming pool, at the garden and also at the beach!. Very convenient.

Muito bom! Poucos detalhes p/ ser incrível
Hotel/Pousada Muiiiito Bom (Quase incrível).. Voltaremos ano que vem com mais gente! Pontos Positivos: Ampla e linda estrutura de hotel. Piscinas (só faltou uma aquecida), sauna, ótimo restaurante, espaços muito confortáveis, muita sobra, muito sol, pé na areia com uma praia incrível. Funcionários da recepção e serviço de praia muito 10, com atendimento excepcional! Muita natureza, com um paisagismo incrível. Animais, passaros o tempo todo nas árvores. Quartos muito espaçosos, bem arejados, ótima vista em qualquer um dos quartos. Fácil acesso, logo após a chegada da Balsa. 5 minutos do centrinho de Arraial. Silencioso para dormir. Pontos Negativos: Limpeza e manutenção do nosso quarto (18). (3 dias para amenizar estes problemas). Falta capricho na limpeza, e maior zelo na manutenção. Mofo no azulejo e no forro de madeira (Fácil de resolver), Teia de aranha nos tetos, paredes e quadros, tb fácil de resolver. Necessidade de pequenas manutenções;

O Hotel é bonito, espaçoso e atendeu as nossas necessidades, apenas no que quesito academia, deixou a desejar, pois consta no site ter academia e não tem, então uns 10 membros da nossa família, estávamos em 18 pessoas, foram preparados para treinar todos os dias e, infelizmente, chegamos lá e não havia academia.

Adorei!
No geral muito bom. Excelente atendimento dos funcionários. Só faltou ter a academia a salão de jogos pra ser perfeito. Uma sugestão para a gerência é colocar fechaduras eletrônicas ou aumentar o timer da chave desligar a energia, porque fica complicado fechar as portas com a chave tradicional no escuro. Mas no geral, gostei muito, super indico e pretendo me hospedar novamente aí se voltar a Arraial.

A infraestrutura decepcionou. Não fornecem shampoo, o colchão não era bom, quarto muito apertado, sem nenhum espelho, tábua plástica no sanitário. Havia muitos quartos disponíveis e teria sido simpático oferecerem upgrade cortesia para melhorar nossa experiência para gerar interesse em voltar.

Espetacular a nossa estadia. Pousada limpa, bem localizada. A equipe é super atenciosa e todos educados (especialmente o Marcelo. Esse é fera). Café da manhã é top. As moquecas são excelentes (provamos todas). Transporte para o centro de arraial é fácil (usamos as vans da prefeitura que para em frente. 7min a pé da balsa) Simpesmente parabens

Bom agente fez a reserva de 3 diárias na Suíte Familiar, e tivemos uma surpresa ruim, as suítes novas tem um cheiro muito forte, dizem que é da madeira, devido ser nova. A suíte é linda, mas o cheiro é insuportável, agente perguntou se era possível mudar de quarto, pq com o mau-cheiro que estava não íamos conseguir dormir. de início com muito arrogância e falta de vontade de resolver nosso problema, uma mulher da recepção falou que não tinha quartos vagos, que ia liberar quartos no dia seguinte, nós fomos jantar em arraial qd agente voltou pro hotel a moça falou que eles tinha conseguido um quarto pra gente, agente foi pra um quarto maravilhoso, passamos 3 dias maravilhoso em arraial d'ajuda. Café da manhã muito bom no meu gosto, a comida do restaurante só comi um filé a parmegiana muito ruim. funcionários alguns muito educados e simpáticos, outros nem tanto, Danilo um funcionário simpático educado sempre nos atendeu muito bem, as meninas do bar e das tapiocas muitos simpáticas, a limpeza do hotel maravilhosa. Só voltaria lá sabendo qual quarto iria me hospedar. Desculpem meu português sou péssimo... kkkk
