A quiet evening at the Best Western in Seabrook
My room was away from the elevator, which allowed it to be very, very quiet. I did not hear a lot of ruckus, which was a benefit. I only had one minor issue in the room which I could overlook. I did find a dirty towel hanging on the Bathroom door. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff was very, very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

We booked this place, however because of conditions beyond our control we couldn't get there that day. Hence the ratings and review. I would like to however give my option on NO SHOWS. I think that 50% of the rate is more than acceptable for both sides, yes maybe they could have rented the room to someone else but most of the time NOT. Lets start being FAIR about this, sometimes for whatever reason it just does not work out.

The 2nd night there was a homeless man sleeping in the hallway, we requested the room to be cleaned and stayed away most of the day but ended up in the room while it was cleaned, and the water pressure was very low. This hotel is not worth the price i paid per night. Besides those few issues it was a pleasent stay.

Probably a great place for just an overnight. The longer you stay the worse it gets. 2nd and 3rd night our room would fill up with cigarette smoke through the bathroom vent. When I mentioned it, the manager said “well maybe someone is smoking” I asked for the vent to be blocked in my bathroom but he never did anything about it. They made a big deal about changing $250 for smoking in a nonsmoking room and had me sign a paper to agree to it even though we don’t smoke. They didn’t offer me $250 for each night of smoke. There was also an old trash bag that was in the hallway at the stairs that was never removed. Just skip the breakfast, unless you like rancid waffle mix with nothing to drink. The room in room coffee was pretty good the first morning but they never replaced the used items to have it again. It was good for convenience because it was across the street from whom we were visiting.

I thought it was exceptionally clean. I didn’t have to ask for anything everything was already there! The staff was extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful! I’ll definitely be staying here again! Upon checking in I somehow put the wrong date and they were able to accommodate me and switch it to the day that I was staying there and it didn’t take that long and it wasn’t that big of an issue And any other time I ran into that problem was a complete loss of money for me so right there alone will definitely get me to come back! The only thing I disliked about it is, they didn’t accommodate pets at all thankfully it wasn’t that cold out yet that I could leave my dog in the car, but that’s the only thing I didn’t like about it!

The woman at check in seemed very ubrupted. She wasnt happy about explaining anything. Wallpaper in our room was separated from walls. We found plastic clips in the bed under comforter. The gentleman at breakfast and second shift on property was very nice. Breakfast was good,hot and filling.
