Great location, wonderful room, and a warm welcome
Loved this hotel, everything was within walking distance, Historic Port, train and ferry, shopping. Our room was amazing, large luxurious and a great view. Excellent staff and having breakfast included in the room rate was much appreciated. Would stay again and would recommend to others. Not many facilities, but we didn't miss that, as there are lots of places to go for a meal or a drink.

Very close to main attractions, so location great. Old property so always some issues. Room good. Property dated. Not teally a boutique hotel in how phrase normally used. Breakfast good. No dining despite saying bistro on door. Location though excellent for activities

Enjoyed this hotel.
The hotel is perfectly located across from the harbor and the train station. The free breakfast was very nice. My room was a little quirky, but that's what I enjoy about older, independent hotels. If you're a light sleeper you will hear the trains, but there was a portable fan in the room for "white noise" that helped me sleep.

Unbeatable location with a wonderful staff who catered to every whim. Thank you David, Jeremy and John! And the kind ladies who kept our room spotless. The room is small, but comfortable. Only space for one chair, alas, plus a window seat. As a late to bed, late to rise person, David ensured a hearty breakfast each day delivered to me at my convenience. Lovely thoughts and memories of the Ship Leonard!
