We stayed for 8 nights in this beautiful hotel without a complaint. The staff was great and we loved our room. The hotel is a bit out of the tourist madness, but close enough to many of the beautiful sights. It's also close to the metro and the Palladium shopping mall. We rode the metro to the State Opera and the National Theater, and it was all easy to navigate. I recommend that you pay for the breakfast buffet. The food is great and is served in the beautiful restaurant attached to the hotel that I also recommend.

I absolutely love this hotel. I've stayed here twice and would recommend it to anyone. A true old school five star hotel with stunning interiors, especially the dining room. Walk to old town Prague in five minutes or less and over the bridge in twenty minutes. Staff are really nice and helpful. I will return again one day!

Art deco splendour at its best.
Beautifully elegant hotel in old town with a glorious art deco dining room. My junior suite had huge bay windows , newly renovated, comfortable bed and was just lovely. Service was warm and efficient and my stay was really exceptional. I would return in a heartbeat.

Upgraded our room to a suite for only 30 Euros per night additional expense, although breakfast was not included. Our king bed was quite comfortable. The hotel staff was very helpful and service excellent in all regards. The food provided at the cafe was very good and reasonably priced.

Really lovely hotel, smaller than I expected from the pictures. The restaurant is excellent, and the decor is fantastic. The gym has limited equipment, and the sauna is quite small - but rarely used so never busy. A really nice hotel overall.
