FIVE STARS! Front desk was super helpful, great taco place arond the corner ( a chain), simple but solid solid breakfast. Beds were not as comfortable as I would have hoped but it didnt really bother me enough.Awesome place overall. Definitely coming back! : )

It was a lovely older hotel with some exceptional upgrades. Air conditioning costs a bit extra but worth every penny during the hot summer days. And it was only 10 minutes by tram from Old Town. It is located in a very hip part of town so an easy place to get coffee and food that is not full of tourists.

I was a bit worried without AC in the room. However, the fan and the climate outside was in my favor. I slept very comfortably. Nice location outside of the inner city congestion, but close enough for a very pleasurable walk. You see the beauty of the city as you approach it from that side of the river. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, get rid of bathroom sensor lights
The place is really nice! Very spacious. Clean, the staff of super friendly, gave me a great recommendation for a literally the best restaurant! The only thing I think they could improve is there is a bathroom light that turns on automatically, it’s a sensor, it’s really annoying in the middle of the night. If you have to go, pee, and then the light turns on and wakes you up so much! I told the staff about it as well and hopefully they’ll get that changed because both my son and I not to be able to go back to sleep.

Great stay!
I had a wonderful stay. Hotel is very clean and in a great location. The only complaint I have would be the limited outlets in the room. They were also located in awkward positions. There is no AC but there was a fan provided in my room.

good but some issues
The room was much too warm, and the air conditioning didn't work. One girl at reception thankfully was very attentive and provided me with a fan, which helped a bit (the old fella was completely unhelpful, saying 'what do you expect? it's 20 degrees outside!'). Everything else was fine - nice suite, hotel in a great location convenient for the Trade Pair Palace, Letna, and the river - and the rates were very reasonable.

Okay hotel, good transport into Prague. We arrived into the room and the window was broken and we could hear everything outside. They moved us to another room but it was more outdated and grubby. But it was not on the road and at the back of the property. The hotel has a 1950-1970 feel to it For 3 nights it was okay, I thought for what I paid it was a little over priced. Reception staff were nice and informative Breakfast is basic but there is plenty, I had fruit and muesli everyday. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which is absolutely fabulous and cheap! I would stay here again for the right price.

Room not clean
Upon checking in the room looked fine at first glance. Later when I returned at night I noticed hair everywhere (bathroom floor, in the sheets). The bedroom floors obviously hadn't been cleaned as there was dust and hair on them. Also found an insect. I've stayed here before (years ago). I was really disappointed. The need to adjust their cleaning proctols.

Pretty bad
The bathroom smelled like sewage. It was marginally clean, so I think there was something wrong with the plumbing. We had to keep the door shut to prevent the smell from inundating the bedroom. Also, the bathroom’s light was controllable only via motion, so it would turn off while you’re taking a shower and at night blind you. The beds were not comfortable—old and had lost tension. There was only one available outlet, behind the piece of furniture that held the water boiler. The breakfast was good, however, and the staff were attentive. Essentially, the room was quite bad but the breakfast made up for a lot.

First class hotel, great 4 Sparta prague stadium
Outrageously good value for money, we were over for the Sparta Prague v rangers match. The hotel is about 15mins walk to the stadium. Hotel was first class, rooms clean and comfortable, reception staff amazing. Area is surrounded by bars and eating places. Thank you

Fairly average hotel
The hotel itself looked rather dated and could do with modernization. The room could do with a full length mirror. Usb charging ports would also be beneficial. Very basic breakfast, with quite limited choice. Not enough help given when finding a seat. There was overflow seating upstairs but we had to find this ourselves. One of the lifts was out of order the whole stay meaning quite a delay for a lift sometimes. The room was quite a bit smaller than the pictures suggest. The noise from the trams outside can be quite loud.
