On a road trip so we just needed a bed for the night to get sleep. The room smelled like someone took a dump in it when we 1st walked in at 10 pm or so. There were no towels in the room so I asked the night desk clerk for some and he locked himself out of the office area and had to climb back over the desk. Funny but weird. Then, it rained so hard the room flooded. Nobody’s fault but the $20 refund I am getting seems ridiculous to me when our sleep was cut way short after my husband got up to use the restroom and stood in water. Water was covering the entire floor! It was crazy! Luckily we had most of our bags up off the floor. Some clothes on the floor were sopping wet so they put them in the dryer. The manager mopped the floor, I even helped! I hope they moved the beds later to get all the water that was still probably under them. While the manager was in there I asked if we would get a refund and she said yes, she never said it would be a $20 refund. Come on. I know it was an act of god or something. I think it would have been fair for me to pay them $20 for the night for the 2 hours of sleep I got. If we ever go back to Austin I won’t pick this place to stay. Unprofessional. I was way too tired to have the mental capacity to think of taking pics of the whole ordeal. It was awful.

This hotel was kind of disappointing considering what it cost per night, even with an Expedia discount. The room for our son's family was ready, but the one we were assigned had an unmade bed. We were given a different room and a discount. The hotel was generally clean, but we had to ask for more toilet paper. Breakfast is just cold stuff, very basic. There weren't coffee cups our first morning there--a staff member had to run out to get some. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel and the room was clean, but the first floor near the front desk had an open foyer up to the 2nd floor. Very stupid design, Wyndham!. Unfortunately, I was assigned to room 201 which was on the open foyer directly above the front desk. Every sound, conversation and ice bucket fill reverberated into my room until well past 2 AM. I will not be staying here again.

They overbooked the property even though we prepaid the room, and stayed late check in with specific time. After 45 min. 11:15pm until midnight, finally got an answer to us. The owner of the property also owned the super8 approx 1.5 miles away, stay there. The Super8 property is a dump, scary and sketch. We stayed there for a few hours of rest and left. So technically did not stay at Days Inn All said very bad business practices.

Even though they are under renovation, the hotel is clean and new. Rooms were large and comfortable and the breakfast was more than enough. They even had gluten free bagels. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place for a night
Nice place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. TV and remote both worked. They also offered a discount at Perkins Family Restaurant right next door. Overall a good experience.

OMG, the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! Had a great trip and will definitely come back! Only recommendation: spend a little more and buy decent toilet paper. This property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly!
