It was complicated, when we first arrived I was told that my room was given to someone else. I was given another room an and then told that the next day thatI would have to move to the room that was given to someone elsr prior. When we got into the room I noticed while taking shower that the handle to adjust the water was broken. I had to be careful with the handle so that it wouldn't fall off. I was traveling from NC it was a 13hr. drive due to traffic I didn't need to hear my room was given to someone else. My stay was ok. Also there's no fans in the bathroom and in the first room the closet was in the bathroom. So my clothes got damp. No I wouldn't stay again, I spent a lot of money for a suite to have to experience these inconveniences.
Very clean and great condition. Our room and the pool and everything looked like the hotel had just opened for the first time. My wife and I have stayed in some very nice establishments over the years and we will put this on our list as being one of our favorites
After driving for 9 hours in traffic and arriving very late (after midnight), I was happy to have had the ability to check right in. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. It was also centrally located, which made it easy for me to continue my trip.
Upon arrival, the check in was long and one of the two clerks did not know her job causing further delays. The elevator was not working. Several elderly people were in distress as they could not easily climb the fire stairs and no provisions were made to assist them. At 6am the fire alarm sounded repeatedly waking everyone up. However, due to the poor condition of the operation of this facility, few people took the fire alarm seriously and did not leave. Three firetrucks showed up and looked around and found no issue and left. The fire alarm continued to go off a few more times. Pipes made noise from water usage.
