This was horrible. If I was the owner of this establishment I would be embarrassed. Had there been another hotel in the area, I would have left and taken the hit. The room was filthy! We walked in and it was so hot. Tried to turn on the a/c units that were off, since there were two, and neither work. Called staff up and they couldn’t do anything. They said they’d have given me some money back, but can’t since I used Expedia. Then I went to pull out the couch for one of the kiddos to sleep on. It was disgusting. So much so, that I wouldn’t let one of them sleep on it. I could go on and on and on, but I will just tell you to save your money. I can’t believe I paid 180 bucks to stay here. I usually have good experiences at this chain, but don’t know that I will give them another chance. Save your money and look out for your health!

The property is horribly old and in need of a complete gut and renovation. There was a horrible strong smell of a deodorizer trying to mask some form of smell but unfortunately the deodorizer was very upsetting to our senses and made it very uncomfortable to breathe. The pool needed a good cleaning as well. Building just gave me the ick. Only enjoyable part was the breakfast

This property was great! Currently under repair from a water leak… bathroom was having some repairs, but otherwise the breakfast and cookies were OUT OF THIS WORLD, the poor was super clean and warm, and the staff had amazing personalities! I would stay here again!

The room was not nice at all. There were dead bugs in the corner protectors, the bathroom trim was rusted away from the wall, beds were not comfortable, walls covered in dirt and marked up and pillows were way too squishy. The breakfast was great though. The area for the breakfast service was clean and well kept. Contactless check out was very nice too.

Location was good. Rooms outdated along with hotel. Room had broken tile in the bathroom and the looks of cigarette burns at the top of the door frame. The suite area had thumb tacks in the wall for no apparent reason. Curtains had cigarette burns on them and the mattress was terrible.

When I say unsafe and filthy DO NOT STAY here - listen to me !!! Checking in my room 120 mold in the coffee pot / thick buildup of dust ( turned to filth) nasty on the tissues / shower has a patch installed on the bottom of tub - it was unsafe and you felt like the bottom was going to collapse ( broken / no support ) I had to shower off of the large patch in the shower 😳,the shower did not drain while showering , the drawer in hutch was broken and all drawers full of dirt , I had to buy CLOROX and clean and clean for days - what appeared as maggots in the corner !! Once talking to the manager Kevin attempting several times to contact him - he was defensive ( never apologized, or offered a refund or discount!! The amount of dogs in this hotel ( appeared to be like a veterinarian office- I wasn’t able to even eat in the breakfast bar - the The Jacuzzi had to be closed down permanently due to the lack of cleanliness!! Found that out after talking with employees!! Let me make clear this is my home town and I came to visit for a reunion - plans had been made for family and to relocate was a challenge - so - I cleaned every day with Clorox - stripped the beds and sprayed Clorox , hvac sprayed Clorox - curtains sprayed Clorox - the mop water the housekeeping was using / GROSS from room to room BLACK and appeared to have NO solution of disinfectant/ cleaner / or clorox !! Manager shared - he had been there for 6 months and was hired to fix things 😳I could type more!!!

Very very old. In need of a renovation big time. Ripped curtains, carpet, and crumbs everywhere. I was feeling nervous to sleep because I was worried about bed bugs.
