Everything was so clean the staff was really nice and friendly, our room was clean the only thing the bathtub was really slick when you got in it to take a shower but other then that is was ready nixe place. Will definitely be going back.

Disgusting!! The sheets in the first room had not been changed. There was hair and black stuff on the sheets. The second room was nasty. Had black mold, the hvac unit filter had not been cleaned in years and did not keep room cool. Then to top it off, they charged me twice and refused to refund me and blamed it on Expedia when I didn’t even use Expedia. I would NOT recommend this place if it was the last place on earth!!

T.v.remote didnt work. Finally got one to work, but no back on it. Shower curtain was soured and needed washed. Sheets were clean. Seemed clean, but outdated.

In need of repairs.
Our room was in much needed repair. Someone had stuffed a tissue in the security view in the door, the shower dripped water continuously, the toilet ran non-stop unless you pulled up on the handle after flushing. There was no hairdryer ands the room looked like it had not been renovated since the ‘70s. Will not stay here again.

The hotel is older but not in horrible shape. Nothing fancy about it. Perfect distance to go to Winterplace. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.
