It was a great hotel with an excellent location, but I did not receive any VIP benefits. The hotel was clean, and the staff was always willing to help.

We arrived early, and the hotel was kind enough to store our luggage in their secure deposit room. Antonio at the front desk was helpful—he not only gave us a detailed city map but also highlighted the must-see attractions, which was a great touch. The rest of the team made our check-in process seamless and even accommodated our request regarding with the mattress situation. The hotel itself was spotless, with the lobby, public restrooms, and our room all exuding a pleasant, fresh scent. The location is good—just a short walk from both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. Considering the affordable price we paid, I think this hotel offers great value for its location, cleanliness, and helpful service. Highly recommend!

Exceptional hotel for being so close to the Naples. Italy Central Train Station, and very reasonably priced. Only a 10 minute walk was required.
