Check was easy. The room was ok. The outlets didn’t work and we had trouble charging devices. The bathroom faucet is backwards and hard to turn on. Pillows were k but not very supportive. No microwave in the room. WiFi was iffy

I disliked that there was no complimentary breakfast. You have to pay either $44 for valet parking or $22 for self parking, which I have never done at a hotel before- I am used to free parking. The facilities themselves were great.

The stay was nice , the staff was very helpful and answered any and all questions. The staff was professional. The place is located downtown which is good and it's right next to the mall and by the highway. The restaurant inside the hotel was nice was good. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable just needed better pillows and the ceiling would benefit from paint. It was a wonderful getaway and I recommend and would stay again.
