This was a marvelous experience. The people are genuinely wanting to make clients happy and willing to make sure we are. Though the food was a bit lackluster, it was adequate, the service was excellent and the staff seemed happy to help.

We stayed here for five nights. It was adequate but for the money I feel they could have done a better job. Housekeeping was unreliable. Breakfast was meh. Beds were comfy but our rooms were spartan. Each suite is privately owned so you don’t know what you are going to get. The TV’s didn’t work and the issue wasn’t addressed, water pressure was awful and many of our requests were ignored or eyes were rolled. The front desk is very friendly upon arrival. Three stars.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! The pictures online do this place no justice, like when we pulled up we were shocked we were able to stay here! it was a literal slice of paradise. The staff was beyond, the food the drinks just everything!! Do yourself a favor and book this place right away will be coming back!

Each room has a different owner. Our first room had a terrible bed and The nest thermostat was locked not to cool below 70. They moved us to a second room. with a much better bed. Air conditioning was great in second room.

Decent motel, not a hotel
Nice location. Right on the water. The furniture in the room is very dated and the bed frame needs replaced. The bed frame has broken at some point and they tried to use 2x4’s to put it back together. It makes a loud cracking noise with even the slightest turn. If you don’t get an ocean front room the view is of other guests doors and outside hallways. As such this would be considered a motel in the US not a hotel.

Property was nicely kept. Room was good, ac was not working property and had the maintenance guy walk in without knocking, thank goodness I had just changed into clothes. TV wasn't working and we had to ask for extra pillows 3 times before we got them. Not many options to eat. Great thing the resort next door had 3 restaurants, and we were able to eat dinner there. Front office staff and breakfast restaurant staff was very friendly. We did like the quietness, overall it was a good experience.

I can’t say enough about the West Bay Club. The rooms were amazing, the staff ensured we had clean towels multiple times a day, water, our beds were turned down nightly and anything we needed they were there. Will stay there again. The front desk staff (Giovanni, Frantz and Andre) were very helpful not only with anything we needed but helped us with car rental, taxi service, dining and what ever was needed. The bartenders went above and beyond and were so friendly. The servers for the restaurant were on their game always. They were accommodating for anything needed and always with a smile. They knew our names after the 1st day and always made us feel welcome. This was a trip to remember and the whole crew at West Bay Club made it that much more memorable. Will definitely go back again.
