Sunsets Galore from this Waterfront Condo!

This is a wonderful sun-filled condo that has expansive views of the Provincetown Harbor from every window. When you enter the apartment, there is an open plan living/ dining area with soaring ceilings. The renovated kitchen is fully applianced, has soapstone countertops and is equipped with glasses, dishes and other cooking utensils which will make you feel at home. The bathroom was recently renovated and has a glass tiled combination tub and shower. The loft bedroom has a window and an operable skylight for cross-ventilation. There is parking outside your door yet you are so close to town you may never use your car. Because this condo is at the end of the wharf building closest to the water, and there is no one above you, it is quiet and away from the evening street noise. If being on the water and being able to watch the sunrise and the sunset from your private deck is what you're after, look no further!

The Pics Do Not Lie
The property was amazing. Very comfortable, clean and with stunning views of the harbor. Access to all that is Ptown is immediate. All you need to do is walk up to Commercial and you are in the mix. The property owner was responsive, friendly and incredibly helpful. I enjoyed my stay and cannot recommend this property enough.

We had a fantastic stay at this glorious property. Splendidly situated, unbelievable views. Cozy and intimate, yet airy and light-filled, with well-appointed furnishings and decor. The color scheme and cleverly designed layout added to the sense of calm and relaxation. Kitchen was well-stocked, though we didn't do a bit of cooking - a plus with staying right in town - which was another bit of heaven. Any communications with the owner were friendly and helpful; everything went smoothly with our stay from booking to check-out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Stay
We had a truly perfect stay at this condo in our first visit to Ptown. The views are unbeatable and the access to all the restaurants, galleries, and sites in town was great. The condo itself is beautiful, we loved the aesthetic and felt immediately relaxed upon arrival. It was also spotless clean! Lisa was also an incredible host and communicative and very accommodating. I almost don't want to say how I really feel because I want to keep this place a secret! You really would not regret your stay here. We really hope to return next year!

This is a magical place. Beautifully decorated with everything you need. Loved the kitchen, it was great to cook at home and dine on the deck watching the sunset. Waking in the morning with a spectacular view was amazing!!!

Cute property, great location
The condo was clean, modern, comfortable, and well appointed for a weeks stay. We loved the deck and the windows - they connected us so well to the bay and the beach. Even when the weather was not good we were able to enjoy the scene from the comfort of the living room with the large picture windows. Great access to all the happenings in Provincetown, which were just steps away. We hope to be able to return.

Great location, right on the beach. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located.
The location was lovely! We woke up in the morning to ocean vistas and frolicking dogs (while not ours, it was wonderful to witness their joy, not to mention what incredible listeners they all were!) We spent the day building sand sculptures, swimming, reading, playing board games and exploring the area. It's the perfect spot...quiet, private enough, relaxing, and yet, just a hop, skip and a jump away from the bustle of Commercial Street. We would definitely recommend this rental!

A beautiful waterfront retreat.
The amazing waterfront view from seemingly every window in this cottage is forever burned in my brain. This home provided the ideal escape from reality. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the harbor and watching the sun fall slowly behind the water's edge. The house was lovely and bright. It was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Every detail enhanced the experience and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect! When we wanted to head out for a bit of nightlife or cocktails, we didn't have to walk far. There were so many restaurants on Commercial Street...in fact, we became "regulars" at Pepe's that week (watch those margaritas...man, they have a heavy pour!). The Wired Puppy has great coffee and is literally just around the corner. But what I appreciated most about this place was it's perfect location. It was far enough from the late night madness...it was truly quiet at night...but close enough that you could walk to everything that Commercial street has to offer. When you wanted serenity, it was there waiting for you right on your porch. When you wanted a bit of nightlife, that was just a few short blocks away. I have nothing negative to say at all about our stay at this wonderful beachfront property. It was magical. And we hope to make it back there again. In the meantime, we'll hold on tight to our memories. -Michele

Magical Provincetown
We booked a week at this condo as the end of our silver wedding tour of New England. The place is just perfect - and we even had warm sunny weather for the start of our stay - and enjoyed the stormy days as a contrast. The condo has everything necessary for a great holiday , and the location is perfect - near everything in town, but facing the beach and totally quiet. Thanks Lisa, for sharing this magical space.

Nous étions à Provincetown fin avril-début mai. Tout était parfait l’emplacement était très bien, mais un peu cher pour la basse saison a 400$ Can la nuit. De plus la grande majorité des commerces étaient fermés.
