Staff was fine cleanliness was fine. However, my bathroom was terrible. The toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. The toilet itself was plugged prior to us even being there because the first person that used the restroom the toilet backed up. There was no plunger at three in the morning we had to call the front desk to have a plunger brought up, also one mattress was way higher quality on one of the beds then on the second they were clearly two different quality of mattresses which I found to be strange and not cool overall don’t think I’ll be staying there ever again

My family and I always stay here when we're in town for some racing. Its clean, they allow our family dog to come along, and they allow us to park our trailor in front away feom other cars, and the customer service has always been great. Although this last check in was a little weird with one gentlemen checking us in. He looked like he was going to fall asleep! Another man took over and was great. Definitely will be back!

Let your Staff Shine !!
The staff was very patient and accomdating with lasr minute requests. All was well until manager interference and almosr appeared to complainthat pur requests posed more waork for the staff and other guests. The staff stepped up and resolved the matter. Suggest management allow their staff to interact with guests and commend them for their professionalism. Kudos to the all the staff, front desk, breakfast, and house keeping!!

The stay was okay, ended up leaving a pair of $200 pants from Buckle and a $40 shirt. I live 9 hours away mind you and remembered I forgot when I got back home, I immediately called and they assured me that they would mail my stuff to me.. Here we are a week later and now they are saying we aren’t in the system and my clothes are missing. Do not recommend!!

Loud lobby/breakfast setup could be heard from the room. Hotel placed a $100 incidental hold, found that to be interesting as I’ve stay in far higher end hotels and have had holds far less. Room had a smell, it worked for our needs but I would go elsewhere if staying in Pueblo again.

Great stay for the price. A/C worked well, fridge was cold, beds were clean and comfy, and the curtains blocked sun so we could sleep past dawn. However, I'm still waiting for some of the incidental fee to be returned because they thought we had a dog when we did not.
